A charming college town in the suburbs of northeast New Jersey, Little Falls sits along the Passaic River and is the proud home to Montclair State University. The university offers a scenic campus and brings a youthful vibe to the community. There are plenty of rental opportunities in Little Falls, including student housing, ranging from affordable to upscale. This family-friendly township is mainly residential, but there are abundant brand-name retailers, restaurants, and service-based businesses just outside of town at the West Falls Plaza and beyond. There are a few local establishments in town, however, including the Fine Grind and Cappadocia, nearing the river. Little Falls is only 13 northwest of Newark and 20 miles northwest of New York City.
