About This Property

This 12-unit apartment community is located in close-in southeast Portland in the beautiful Ladds Addition neighborhood, located between SE Hawthorne and Division. This ideal walking and biking neighborhood is close to downtown Portland and the Ross Island and Hawthorne bridges. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, including New Seasons at 20th and Division. Currently available is a one bedroom apartment on the ground level which was renovated in 2011, including hardwood floors, Marmoleum in bath and kitchen, new countertops, appliances, light fixtures, etc. Weatherized windows were installed in 2009. The space feels very clean and airy. There is off street parking and also on-site laundry facilities. Rent is $1150 with a 12-month lease and an $1150 refundable security deposit on approved credit. Our application fee is $50 per adult. The landlord provides water, sewer and garbage. Tenants are responsible for electric. Adult spayed/neutered indoor cat considered with an additional security deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25.00 monthly This property allows self guided viewing without an appointment. Just across the Willamette River to the east of Downtown Portland, Hosford-Abernethy is a charming urban locale that is one of the city’s most popular neighborhoods.
