Please read this important information before applying: This apartment lease will include a one-time, non-refundable Administration Fee of $300.00 per adult on the lease. Minors living at the apartment with their parents or guardians are exempt. If you are applying with a cosigner or cosigners, their Administration Fee will be $100.00 per cosigner instead of $300.00. When you apply, an Application Fee of $200.00 per person will be owed for every adult (“adult” meaning “a person who is 18 years of age or older, or a minor living without a guardian”) that is applying to live in the apartment. This Application Fee is comprised of a $150.00 down-payment that removes the apartment from the market while your application is being processed, and a $50.00, non-refundable Application Processing Fee. If you are not approved for the apartment, the $150 down-payment will be refunded to you; if you are approved, it will be applied towards the Administrative Fee, with the remainder due when you sign your lease. However, if you decide to cancel your application, you will forfeit the $150.00 down-payment. Application Processing Fee: $50.00 Per-Occupant, One-Time, Non-Refundable Administration Fee: $300.00 ($100.00 per cosigners) Total amount per occupant: $350.00 Application Fee: $200.00 per person Total amount due after approval, per occupant: $150.00 Application Processing Fee per cosigner: $50.00 Per-Cosigner, one-time, non-refundable Administration Fee: $100.00 Total amount per cosigner: $150.00* *Cosigner pays a $200.00 Application Fee; the extra $50.00 from the application fee beyond the cosigner’s cost will be applied in the form of a credit onto the apartment account.
