I have had the best experience with this complex and their wonderful staff! The assistant manager, Tomeka, was extremely knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire move-in process. There were no questions left unanswered and her customer service was amazing. The grounds are very well-kept and the area is quiet. I am loving my apartment overall, but there are a lot of minor issues that should have been fixed prior to move in.

Great customer service ! Keke was the best in helping me find a great place to call home !
I moved out August 2023 and still have not received my deposit after showing up to the leasing office several times about it. Calling them everyday just for them to tell me they will call me back and never do. The deposit was 450 and they are saying its showing its not receivable. Quick to charge the 150 late fee but taking over 4 months to give me back my deposit is insane. Save your money. Also every month that I would go in there in Oct, Nov, and Dec to check on it was always another set of leasing agents that I dont recognize so its harder to explain my situation when its several new people. Its frustrating that no one is helping
This place is so backwards. They'll put priority to fixing up old apartments but not fixing anything anywhere else. My air has been out for an entire week. I have called and complained about the mold under my sink from their carelessness. They swear they will be sending somebody to fix things and they never show up. Don't move here.

TERRIBLE !!! If you can at all help it PLEASE do not move here!! The apartments have a very bad moisture problem & water damage that all they did was paint over! During the hotter months there's GNATS EVERYWHERE, there's also carpet "water" ants EVERYWHERE because of the moisture problem. We pay for pest control and they NEVER come by to spray. My rims and tag were stolen within FIVE months of me living here and nothing was done about it because they have only TWO cameras at the front entrance of the apartment complex. Maintenance doesn't come to fix anything until MONTHS later!! I went without a dishwasher for 3 months and I still have things that need to be fixed now that hasn't. Everything in this apartment complex was just thrown together from the paint all the wait down to the plastic floor tile they put down!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!

Summer Park is very unprofessional when it comes to answering their phone and getting back to you about the issues we have in our apartment. Maintenance comes and fixes what needs to be fixed but they only do a half job just for your stuff to be broke all over again.

Very poor! Management only reaches out to you when it is time to renew your lease. All other requests are ignored! There is never an actual person to talk to and messages are not returned. Would not recommend to anyone!
