Grapevine 2499 is the first apartment community that I have actually had a pleasure to say I live here. From the start, the office staff have been kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Living at Apartments 2499 has really been a good experience for me. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, the workout center was updated and looks good. The current staff is very friendly, and works hard to resolve all issues. I really like living here. This is the best complex that I have ever enjoyed so much, as I have been here 5 years now. The neighbors enjoy meeting people and making some new friends.

Maintenance is really good, and Isaiah is very professional, and easy to work with. Property is well kept, and looking good at all times. Pool activities are very limited, used to be better run by the previous owners, and management. Nice place to live.

I am an elderly resident, retired, living alone, and love my life! I love solitude and a quiet environment & the lovely view from my 2nd-story balcony! As above, I love my retired life & my Grapevine apt, and Everyone!, staff & residents I have met are wonderful people! I am indeed blessed to live here at Grapevine 2499, blessed to have no illnesses whatsoever at my age of 79, Life Is Good!

Love my apartment. From the first time I walked in it I knew it was meant to be mine. Lolz. Ok maybe not that dramatic…..Isaiah and team have made this transition easier than it has ever been before. I hate moving, but this has been such an easy process. The pool is amazing. The back yard included with my apartment is a nice addition. Thank you, Isaiah and team.

Grapevine TwenyFour 99 is a nice place to live. Maintenance and office staff is very professional and on point. Any and all concerns are taken care of within 24 hours of being reported. The complex is clean and quiet. Some of the residents have lived her for over 12 years. Pool is kept up and the workout space is always clean. I have lived her for 2 years and really have enjoyed my stay.

Living here at Grapevine Twenty-Four 99 for almost 2 years has been a marvelous experience. Management, Service and Maintenance Personnel are all qualified and caring individuals who are excellent at what they do and always ready to help residents and visitors in any way they can. The amenities are exceptionally wonderful & well maintained as well as the beautiful apartment buildings, landscape & parking. The residents are friendly & respectful of the community rules so that we all can enjoy living in a quiet yet lively, friendly & active community. I also like Grapevine 2499's geographical location by major freeways & airports. I especially Love my apartment & wonderful balcony! I am so happy that I found this apartment, and I plan to stay here for many years to come.

Property Management consistently provides the best residential support services I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. The property was well maintained and I had an optimal living environment. I would strongly recommend their properties to all prospective tenants.

From the first day I walked in looking for an apartment, this team has been professional, responsive and attentive to any request. Love the environment here within this apartment community, along with the amenities and tenant functions they provide. Very Nice community overall!

Our experience at Grapevine 2499 has been extremely positive. The leasing staff are very nice and helpful and make sure their residents are taken care of. The maintenance is very quick to contact you and help resolve any issues you may have. The location and rent rates, as well as amenities are all a plus and make living here all the more worthwhile! I’d definitely recommend this community!

Grapevine TwentyFour 99 is a great community! It has great mature trees that give the community a home feeling. The trails, behind the community are a great thing. If you have dogs you will love them and the dog park also. They have great resident events as well. But most of all the office and maintenance are great. And you can tell they work really hard at making this a great place to live for the residents.

If I could make a recommendation to anyone considering moving here… it would be don’t move here. The front office staff is rude, the buildings are outdated and have such thin walls you can hear your neighbors toilet flush. The property boasts about being secured and gated, but one or more of the gates is usually broken, sometimes for weeks or even months. The trash pick up is an absolute joke, with piles of junk around the single dumpster for days on end, which attracts raccoons and other animals. Can’t wait to move out.

I never had such a pleasing experience with respect to maintenance. The maintenance support and team of Grapevine 2499 is awesome. No matter whether it is a minor or major issue. Dog poop everywhere, watch where you're stepping. Plus they allow dogs to poop on the balconies and leave it all over never picking it up. Eventually it's swept to the sides by the tenants off their balconies and onto the grass. Gross. Chronic smoker above who stomps at all hours of the day and night. Constant dog barking nuisance making it difficult to conduct virtual meetings for work. Maintenance will show up unannounced at night time without any warning from staff, yikes in today's world. Apartment had flooded at one point and I'm sure there is mold inside the apartment and why I'm constantly sick. I would not recommend this place.

The apartment complex itself is very well maintained. The amenities are great and it seems like are used by everyone at the complex, which is a good sign. The apartment itself went above our expectations, very modern. The management seems to be very nice. Only complaint is lack of communication with the valet trash. They don't let you know when your trash is "over weight" and you're left to guess if they just didn't pick up today or didn't pick up only your trash. Also they will not take cardboard boxes it seems like, so you're left to get those yourself. Otherwise it's a great complex, no complaints.
