Property Ratings at Grantosa Crossing
Me and my family have been staying in Grantosa Crossing for almost a year now and it has been the worst experience, nothing gets done when it comes to maintenance. You have to ask over and over for them to come fix something that should have been done. When we first moved in there were things they promised would be done before we did and none of those things were done, not a single one. The landlord is very unprofessional and it's very loud. I would turn away anybody that said they were interested in living here, even if it is cheaper than most other places (which it's not after they start charging you for hidden fees they don't tell you about) it's not worth it! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
I have lived at Grantosa Crassing for almost 2 years. When we moved in we were promised a number of things that would be done by maintenance but it took numerous calls to get maintenance to fix problems that were found upon moving into apartment. Smoke alarm batteries not being changed, Elevator breaking down. The most recent problem is the elevator broken for 3 weeks.
