The community combines lakeside living with motorsports culture, offering rental options from contemporary apartment communities to downtown residences. Mooresville's story began in 1856 with a railroad depot on John Franklin Moore's land, growing into today's active community. Residents enjoy recreation at Lake Norman and the town's parks and greenways. The Mooresville Historic District features local shops, while newer retail centers serve daily shopping needs.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Stopped at Granger randomly to see apartments for a transition after selling house. One of the nicest apartments we looked at in our search. Austin was great to work with and very helpful in helping us identify what we may need. Worth checking out if you’re looking for really nicely appointed apartments with nice amenities.

I visited the community a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Jessica. The apartment I like was kind of out of my budget but she was still super sweet and understanding of my situation. I wish the clubhouse was a little bit larger but overall it was very nice.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to visit our community! We're so glad you've enjoyed your time working with our team. We're here to help if there's anything we can do for you in the future. Have a nice day!
Property looks nice, apartments look nice but cheap construction. Beware that the quoted advertised price does not include all the extras that they force you to pay. Internet mandatory but is extra 65 bucks and it is awful. Forget streaming. Pest control 5 bucks, mandatory. Pet rent is optional but is 30 bucks a month. Valet Trash is 25 bucks. Now the extras, sewer, water, trash admin fee, water, water admin fee. In total an extra 170 to 200 bucks a month besides your base rent. The pool is still not open for Memorial Day weekend.... ,supposedly a town thing?? and also, there must be a good reason why the entire leasing staff has done a complete turnover twice in a year. Not a pleasant place to live but it looks nice.

Unfortunately, they force you to pay internet fees with no guarantee of good internet services. If you work from home or do schooling online, or if internet is essential to you in any way, this is not the place for you! We’ve have 4 days of internet outages in 6 weeks, and they will not provide any solution to this. Even when the internet does work, it’s a bad connection. We’ve even had their tech out here to “fix” it, but things still don’t connect. And if you want to get your own provider, you still have to pay their fees. The apartment itself is fine but we are now facing the choice to pay to break our lease because good internet is a necessity for us because our family works from home, does online schooling, and have a baby.

We look forward to hearing from you.

They had me move into an apartment that wasn’t even finished. Offered to fix it but damaged my furniture in the process with no resolution. After being fixed there is still a lot of paint and drywall issues, shower caulk, etc. Arguably worse than it was before. The amenities are sub par compared to other apartment complexes in Mooresville. Pool is small, gym is pretty sad, no car wash stalls or anything like that. All around a poor choice on my part. Do yourself a favor and look at some of the other awesome properties in the area.
