Grandview Heights Apartments

I have lived here for 1-½ years and plan on continuing. Every thing has exceeded my expectations. Along with the beautiful grounds and excellent upkeep, my apartment was exactly how I had hoped when I moved in. Clean, well taken care of, fresh paint, new carpet, cabinets were completely clean on the inside... just everything was wonderful! They do quarterly bug extermination in your apartment, semi-annual power washing through the entryways, they make sure to keep the grounds clear of ice during the winter, and the lawns well maintained and free of pet waste. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and courteous. The staff are great and they plan fun events and giveaways. I have wonderful neighbors! Even the utilities is a win-win for me (low set price for water that you pay with your rent, and my OG&E bill has been better than I ever anticipated). I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about this place. I live on the second floor and I have never had a problem with a neighbor above or below me. Also, parking has never been a problem. A big thank you to the entire staff and management!!!

I lived here for several years and never had a problem. The maintenance people were always so friendly and quick to respond to any issue I had. All the amenities are worth what you pay for. Also, a quiet neighborhood that was nice to take a stroll through. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live in this area.

This is a beautiful community! It’s quiet, and peaceful! Management and Maintenance go above and beyond! I Love it here!

I am going on my fourth year here has a resident. The management and maintenance staff are like family to me. They are always watching out for you and making sure that if they can do anything for you, they will. The grounds are well taking care of and clean. I live by myself, and they are always checking in on me to make sure I'm alright. I've called on one or two occasions to check on my apartment to make sure my garage doors down. I have locked myself out of my apartment and they were there with in minutes to Let me it. I would highly recommend this place to live.Thanks...

Management is HORRIBLE and she expects you to put a dirty trash can that has been sitting outside for "VALET" trash to pick up inside your apartment until next pickup. They have removed a lot of the dumpsters so even if you wanted to take your own trash out you couldn't. The manager don't care about anyone or anything as long as she is Nickle and diming you for a paycheck. For the price you can find way better without dealing with RUDE management.

There is absolutely no way for me to properly describe how awful this place is. I don't even know where to start. There is no parking whatsoever after 5pm. If you're unfortunate enough to have a unit in the middle of the complex, be prepared to either gamble on whether or not (it's luck of the draw) there is a garage near your apartment that they will graciously rent to you for an additional $100~ per month. Otherwise, you'll most likely have to park hundreds of feet away. The walls (especially on the side facing the stairs) are so paper thin, you will most likely receive noise complaints for simply existing in your "luxury apartment home". When people were walking up the stairs next to my bedroom, I could hear not only every step, but I could hear every single word they were saying. Would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place!! Love that they have pavilions with grills, basketball court, Nice luxury pool, free tanning and fitness room, and I LOVE that they have dog parks for my fur baby. Staff was more than amazing during the move in process and throughout living here!!!!! Love that Walmart is close and other shopping areas and fast food places. Very convenient place to live. YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE!!!!

Very quiet and convenient. Management is very friendly and helpful. Walmart, quiktrip, carwash and convention center is within walking distance. Freeway to 75 entrance is only half a mile away.

Words will never be able to describe how much I have come to HATE these apartments after the misfortune of having to live here the past almost 2 years. I could write a novel on every last detail that makes this place terrible. They are the epitome of a cheaply built luxury on the surface only mess. They were built with almost no insulation so you can hear a tremendous amount of noise through the walls. The floors have very loud creaks and moans to the point that our neighbors have complained countless times just because we were walking casually. The maintenance is abysmal. I had to call once during the night because my smoke detector was faulty and going off to which they asked "can't it wait until morning?" Goodluck EVER getting a parking spot especially on a weekend or past 5pm. I just spent 20 minutes circling the entire over crowded complex for ONE spot at midnight. People have started parking across the street at the convention center and walking. The staff are incredibly unhelpful in most situations especially involving leases. I was transferred to Dallas for work and had papers to prove it and nothing was offered to help whatsoever. Hell, there was a girl living here with her husband who was abusing her physically and left him and they wouldn't help her with her lease. Between the management here at this over crowded poorly built dump I'd take your hard earned money somewhere you won't be feel frustrated at yourself daily for choosing to live here.

This place is nice but the staff will SCREW you over and over and over! They don't listen, they don't help, and they don't care!

We have been here almost 1year and have had an amazing experience. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We haven't had any maintenance issues and the apartment itself was in well working order prior to move-in. We love the amenities and my kids really enjoyed the pool. My husband loves to use the grilling pavillion since it has really nice up to date grills. I'm so glad we chose Grandview Heights apts!

It is a great place to live. It is very quiet and spacious. Great for couples and families. Everything you need is right down the road and it is a great neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and always there for you. You will be very happy here.
