Grandview is a great place to live ,quiet,cozy,great amenities, 2 beautiful dog parks, maintenance is #1 responds same day and always fixes whatever you may have the first time with no call backs !! Office staff is friendly and very helpful!!

By far the best place that I have ever lived. Maintenance keeps up with property so well and making sure that any problem I have is taken care of immediately. I have lived here in Grandview going on my 5th lease and it has been nothing short of excellent. We have one of the best front office teams with Jen running the ship and Liz and Rebecca respectively caring for the community. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Myrtle beach.

We’ve been loving living here!! Everyone is awesome! The management and maintenance team are great, always responsive and helpful, plenty of space for kids to play around( and get spoiled by the team) and on top of that they have fun events at the club house often, can’t beat that!

I have never lived at a place that has this consistent staff and maintenance. I trust them, and they try and help when when they do not have to. They also are great hostess for events, and are VERY responsive. If I do not get a response on the phone right away, I send an email, and they always respond back within 48 hours!

I left my home from far away and as stressful the experience can be,Rebecca and Lori were with me every step of the way. 4 months of reassuring me that things were going as planned and they had my interest top of mind. Meeting once in person prior to starting the rent process, they anticipated my needs and expectations without me even knowing what was ahead. Came down fighting a tropical storm, and even then, anticipated my unexpected delays and had my apartment ready for me to walk in whenever I arrived. Been here a few months and know I’m at home. Beautiful grounds, spotless clubhouse, immaculate gym and kind community atmosphere. All staff are happy and maintenance Brian and team are on point. Thank you Grandview for making me feel at home.

The property grounds are always clean and the apartments have so much storage in the. The office is so responsive and the maintenance team is quick if there are any concerns in the apartment.

Management does not control its tenants. Tenants can act however they want with no regard for others. They have had issues with vandalism. The security is next to nothing. Parking is atrocious. Do NOT recommend.
This is one of the worst apartments I have lived at. 1. The air condition did not work for over a month. I had to go buy a separate unit to stay cool. 2. They had small roaches and little worms coming in the apartment even with the money we paid for pest control. 3. The water pressure in the kitchen for the hot water wasn't enough to properly wash the dishes. They never fixed this the entire time I was there for over a year and a half. 4. When we moved here they told us it was a hundred percent smoke free complex. They had people smoking weed and cigarettes every day and it would come down into our apartment. 5. When they showed us the apartment they told us it was soundproofed and there were people working above us. I had people jumping and stomping around above us every night after we moved in. 6. The pool and the gym were not available for a large part of the time I lived there. 7. The people that had pets left poop all over in our small yard area and never picked it up. 8. When I decided to leave I gave them a notice that I was leaving over the phone when they called to ask if I was staying. Then I gave them notice in writing that I was leaving. They took the rest of my security deposit and sent my account to a collections company when I gave them notice that is beyond sufficient with all the problems we had. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I have only been here a short while, as the place is pretty newly built, however I have absolutely no complaints. The new staff is nice, the unit is upgraded and the there is plenty to do.

We moved from the North in October. Management was great. Nicole and Sue were extremely helpful. So many nice things Dog parks pet spa and fire pit . Big kitchens. To much to mention. Its a fun.place . My husband, my mother myself and our Daisy love it here.
