The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Grandview
Nice place but has roaches. No matter how nice it is i personally never want any sort of bugs.
These apartments have a great location, close to Old Towne Arvada and within walking distance to many parks and shops. Its a small community with a lot of families, on the tour of our apartment I was drawn to them for the residents kids chalk work on the common area. Amazing staff, manager on site and the maintenance men do very good at working with what we have. They also have a food bank, and a book rental in the office which I love! They even have cat and dog food in there, everyone knows each other an everyone is friendly, The landlady does an amazing job at keeping everything and everyone at peace, Very strict no violence policy, which coming from an apartment where we had the cops there everyday is amazing! When someone must leave our complex it is the whole complex who decides. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this apartment is!
