I feel very comfortable, the club is a very warm and quiet place, the common areas are always in optimal conditions and very clean. The administrative staff is very attentive and friendly, as are the people in the maintenance area who are always very attentive and careful, providing quick solutions when a breakdown needs to be resolved.

Love my apaetment, lots of light and space for 2 people! Definitely could tell there were some improvements made, like new carpet, paint, etc.; however, I’ve ran into some issues with the appliances, but the community leaders have seemed really attentive so far!

Overall i'm enjoying my stay here. I only gave 4 stars because my neighbor in my building likes to leave her trash out . We do not have valet.Trash service, so you have to take your trash to the dumpster yourself, and she refuses to do that , so it really stinks up here. By her leaving the trash out it can cause rodents and roaches

I recommended someone and they moved in and after speaking to Vicky about it I still have yet to receive my commission, Ive been paying my own renter's insurance and theirs because after also coming to the office to speak to Ms Vicky about these charges THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME! at this point Ive stopped calling and going for this matter. I am not renewing here because there is always a miscommunication with me and their management staff.

The area is so nice and pretty. The apartment is well maintained and the maintenance response is really quick. The bathtub is really huge. However, they don't have lights in the living room and bedroom.

Complaints are attended to, promptly. I complained about pest control in my apartment and a fumigation expert was sent in to fix the problem within 2 days. I also had issues with my closet door and kitchen cabinet doors and they were fixed immediately. Good job.

Bonito y cálido lugar. Muy atentos el equipo que labora en estos apartamentos, todo muy tranquilo. Podría darles 5 estrella pero a pesar de que fumigaron, aún sales chiripa en el apartamento. Del resto todo muy bien.

Overall I've had a decent experience. I'm having some small roach problems. The sprinkler system is not installed properly. They also sent an email stating that the buildings will be pressure washed and that has yet to happen. So it's a lot of things that are scheduled that aren't getting done.
