Management is the worst here. very rude and condescending
I lived at these apartments for a good 3-4 years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality place to live. Whether it is maintenance or the office, they'll happily help and work with tenants.
This apartment complex is very well kept and maintained. The property manager and leasing manager are very friendly and stay on top of all issues regarding tenants and maintenance. I have lived in Pueblo my whole life and this by far has been the cleanest and safest place I have lived.
I liked Covington because of the area and the clean, safe environment. They truly didn't disappoint in this regard. The grounds are always immaculate and the hallways and buildings very clean and tidy. Even the pool is kept spick and span. Walmart, McDonald's, and many other places are accessible within a few minutes. I am very happy with what Covington includes in the rent - very reasonable and a great value. My two bedroom is very spacious. I like the people I live around, a lot of young people and families with children. Never loud. VERY secure. I highly recommend them. For this price in Pueblo you really can't find better. Delphine and Caroline do a really great job running the office and are always pleasant to work with, not to mention the nice and friendly maintenance people. I'm planning to stay for 3-5 years, and I know I'll be happy. Very impressed, especially for the price.
Office lady is very unprofessional and seems unorganized. Was not helpful unless pushed about the same issues multiple times and seems to be very uninformed about real estate laws. Was harassed in the year I lived here as were a few other tenants I talked to. “Security” is pathetic, there were so many car break ins and plates stolen in the time I lived there and even the cameras pointing directly where it happened weren’t good enough to identify anything or anyone.
My husband and I moved here a few months ago. We are very happy here. Delphine gets lots of kudos from us. She runs the apartments very professionally and is always on the ball to any issue which may arise. Very professional. Knows her job. KUDOS Delphine!!!! Also have to put in a good word for Housekeeper Rosa...super job...she is a very hard worker and always professional. KUDOS Rosa!!!!
Moved into the Covington apartment over a year ago and I enjoy living in a well maintained secure complex. Delfina and her staff answer any question you might have and I feel more secure knowing that their is staff living in the complex should their be any problems. The buildings are well taken care of and during the winter the parking lot was kept snow free. The club house is great for me and my family to get together. The fitness center and the pool are a plus when you want to relax and enjoy the rest of the day. Highly Recommend to all my friends and family. What more can you ask for. A Great Place to Live!!
I love my apartment and the staff that make it amazing! The place is very nice quiet and clean. I have lived in pueblo most of my 51 years of life and for the money you really cant do better than these apartments. I recommended it to my daughter and my friends and now to all of you! come on down and see for yourself! If you need a nice home come See this place I promise you will love it!
My guests are always complementing me on how well the property is maintained! It is always free of trash, and the buildings smell good. This is an enjoyable place to live.
