Looks good but overpriced for what it is

The apartment looks nice and is expensive. They've scrimped in some goofy ways that would make me not want to be here but for the location. Parking is inadequate, trash cans are individual by the apartment and there's no dedicated place to put them (so they are right outside my bedroom window, and sometimes stray out to my dining room window, and I have to move them myself). They've neglected screen doors, and there's not much storage. No recycling. Responsiveness from management is spotty and sometimes nonexistent.
