I love this place and the location—right next to walking/biking trails! It’s not right in St. Cloud, but still close (10-15 min) to most places in town. Management is on-site most of the week and maintenance is always completed quickly and efficiently. The apartments are older so some of the appliances are dated and maintenance is often needed, but I still love living here. Wonderful place to call home!

Heat, etc. is NOT included but an ADDIONAL $65. Garages $45 or $65 more. No stainless appliances, all low-end white. Couldn't look at potential rental so looked at a vacant apartment which appeared clean but stunk! (Expected to rent sight unseen?) Definitely NOT sanitized.

I have lived in these apartments for two years and most recently renewed my lease, hoping to call this home for many more years. The management team is responsive to all concerns; big or small. They communicate respectfully and in a timely manner. They are supportive and understanding in all situations. The grounds are well maintained and the monthly newsletter is a nice way to remind tenants of seasonal and monthly updates. The price is reasonable, the amenities are clean, well maintained and a great perk! The location is quiet and perfect proximity to walking trails, I- 94 or downtown St.Cloud. If you are looking for a new place to call home- check here first! It may be the perfect place for you!

The apartments are extremely nice and up to date. Management is very kind and works hard to resolve any concerns. Been here over three years with no intention of leaving anytime soon!

These apartments are beautiful and Always clean. Defiantly the best place I have ever lived in St. Cloud MN. The staff is great especially Sara the director, is always there to help you with anything, she’s amazing and so friendly. We love living here and definitely recommend you to come join us soon!! Cuz we ain’t going anywhere!! Me and my three little ones do honestly enjoy here. We always look forward going to our indoor play room at anytime of the year, especially during winter time. This place is for everyone from family to students and the best part is so diversity!!

Just a quick note on how what this community is like to live in. I have had nothing but good from all staff. The office is always quick to help with any issues that may arise. There is a housekeeper 40 hours a week. Weidner cares about all residents and makes it a priority for make sure that the staff know their residents by hosting events on a monthly basis. (catered in dinners, pizza dinners, BBQ's and even an ice cream truck. The pool is always clean and workout room is great! Everything you need to stay fit. All in all I would recommend this community to rent from.

Had a good experience until new management came in half-way through my lease. Horrible and rude management now with poor communication skills. Thankful to be done here and I wish the management never changed or else I would have considered staying.

I am reading some reviews people are writing unrealistic stuff. I have been in this apartment complex for last one year and planning to live one more year as I will be moving to north east next year. I have been living in different apartment complexes in different states as I moved to different states due to nature of my job. This apartment complex is one of my most favorite one. They have nice and clean apartments. Nice and clean attached garages which are very economical. Not to forget about indoor pool, gym and children play area. Management is awesome, particularly Dorothy and Sarah who always helped me whenever I called them to fix some thing in my apartment. I don't remember if I have ever called them again to remind them to fix some thing. I will highly recommend this place and I hope if you move here you will never regret. Tariq

Current and potential renters please take time to read this. The management in this apartment complex is appalling. The maintenance woman had given us verbal consent that we were allowed to have pets on a babysitting basis. However this was untrue, and cost us $250. This was just fine and there is a pet clause in the lease, but what happened next was unacceptable. After having conversations about the violation and having paid the fee, they still had hostility for my fiancé and me. This was apparent in the way they addressed us and spoke to us, both in person and over the phone. We had all of our paperwork ready for an emotional support animal for my fiancé's anxiety diagnosis to try and avoid medication, but they refused us this necessity based on past conversations and our prior violation. The younger woman (Sarah) told us she spoke to her supervisor/director and had come to this conclusion. We asked for this supervisors information, but were refused because, "it was a waste of their time." At this time we were at a friends house and our dog barked, which was heard over the phone. The younger woman (Sarah), accused me right away of still housing the animal at our apartment. This was absolutely disgusting in how everything was handled and how the management addressed the issues we had, along with being rude and accusatory throughout the whole process. At this time we are at a loss for how to remedy this, since they can choose to refuse a lease break. Other than that our other option for an emotional support animal is to revisit the situation after 60 days. There have been other altercations with the management, but this left me at a loss, leaving me attacked and hurt. Some other negative things about these apartments are the extra fees for water, septic, and trash, which is usually included in the price of rent. The older woman (Dorothy) is coarse and unfriendly. They put paper fliers in everyone's door each month, which harms the overall elegance they provide. Lastly, they don't run their building well and it shows in the number of available apartments. There used to be one to two at most. I hope they are doing well and learn to have more respect for their potential and current residents.

My husband and I recently moved out of this apartment after living there for a year and a half. We loved it until the new management took over. They are rude and don't return calls. We were charged the electric bill for the residents after us and they refused to give us a refund, they waited two weeks before sending our rental history to our new apartment, and they missed the final walk through appointment. Don't live here if you care about good management.

I love living here. I have never had a problem with this location. The management is great and always there for any issue. I love everything this apartment has to offer. It is nice to come home to feeling safe and knowing that you are among respectful tenants. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for an apartment in St. Cloud. The only downfull is the closet space. It is really small in the one bedrooms, but the rooms are large enough to have a dresser and a chest. Otherwise, this apartment was the best one I lived in in the 7 years I have lived in this area.

Quiet building, onsite management is always quick to help and even watched my kid when he ran off one day undetected. Great amenities and overall living experience.
