Since living here at Grand Oaks has been a great experience for me. Especially the dog parks for my dog Lucy she enjoys her walks and having nice sidewalks, beautiful grounds to take walks have been enjoyable. I love having a beautiful swimming pool to enjoy in the summer months, it’s been nice meeting some nice people at the swimming pool during the summer months. I enjoy our community get togethers especially Memorial Day weekend when Jake the manager grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, Tachina and Joecelyn brought in all the food condiments and pool toys for kids and residents to enjoy the pool also refreshments for all the residents, they all worked hard that day making sure Grand Oaks residents enjoyed their time at the swimming pool.

I moved into this complex site unseen and relied on the "Tour" to give me all the feels, and never saw the place before I received the welcome letter and signed the lease. But I wish I had! I regret this now because the inside does not match the outside, and the Management staff refuses to help in this situation. The appliances, both tubs, were dirty and had rings around them. The stairs on both levels are severely worn and need sanding and restaining. The cabinets throughout are blurred and scratched, and all need restaining. I have been going back and forth with the leasing office concerning the repairs, and they are comparing units. Each unit should be categorized individually and repaired or brought up to par individually, and I am totally disappointed with this complex. I pay too much money to accept this type of treatment.

Grand Oaks at Crane Creek is a very beautiful and clean apartments with quick access to many restaurants and shopping areas. The staff were responsive and professional when going through the application and lease process. The pool is extremely nice and generally not too crowded. The fitness center is nice, however it could use some upgrades. Overall, just 1 month living here, it seems to be a very nice place to call home.

The front office personal was responsive and courteous. The front office personnel even submitted the work order with me right away. But the work order was not being completed or are not being fixed. I still have the same issues, nothing has been fixed.

Grand oaks is the best luxury apartment complex that I have been at in Augusta Georgia. The maintenance crew is amazing. The property managers and leasing agents are so helpful. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in the area and this is by far the best! They have everything from great staff to awesome amenities. The property is gorgeous and very quiet. The best part is the amazing pool that feels like a resort! If you are looking to move in the area this is definitely your best choice

Out of all the apartments in the area, this was the best choice. Major thanks to office staff for ensuring a seamless move-in and being available to answer any questions. The apartments are clean and well maintained and quiet. Everyone I have met has been super friendly. 11/10 would recommend.

I felt the staff has been quite thorough, professional, and friendly during the touring process. Sarah and Erin were both great and made the process very easy for me. It's only been a couple of weeks but I've enjoyed the pool and quietness of the community so far.

The location and amenities are nice but the staff can sometimes be a bit moody. Maintenance team are very friendly and eager to help but they can only do so much. I have experienced multiple problems prior to me being here for a month and I am actively seeking another place to live. I would not recommend this rental property.

Apartments are in excellent shape and very spacious. The community is very well maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly and the pool and work out facilities are the best of the any of the apartment complexes I visited in the Augusta area.

I have lived at Grand Oaks at Crane Creek Apartments for over 5 years. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. Maintenance requirements will be completed within 24 hours. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.

We initially chose Grand Oaks at Crane Creek due to their location and modern/newly built neighborhood. Over the years, we are very pleased to call this home. Everything is so well maintained, from the clubhouse area to the wonderful landscaping (my favorite thing to savor when lounging on my balcony)! It is the epitome of Augusta living. It is in the vicinity to so many restaurants, shopping, and all highways are easily accessible, yet sometimes I forget I'm living in a bustling area of the town. Thanks, Grand Oaks and Staff!
