The front office personal was responsive and courteous. The front office personnel even submitted the work order with me right away. But the work order was not being completed or are not being fixed. I still have the same issues, nothing has been fixed.

Grand oaks is the best luxury apartment complex that I have been at in Augusta Georgia. The maintenance crew is amazing. The property managers and leasing agents are so helpful. This place has the best scenery for nature with a mixture feel of a vibrant community. If you are looking for a Great complex to live Grand oaks at crane creek is definitely it.

I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in the area and this is by far the best! They have everything from great staff to awesome amenities. The property is gorgeous and very quiet. The best part is the amazing pool that feels like a resort! If you are looking to move in the area this is definitely your best choice

Out of all the apartments in the area, this was the best choice. Major thanks to office staff for ensuring a seamless move-in and being available to answer any questions. The apartments are clean and well maintained and quiet. Everyone I have met has been super friendly. 11/10 would recommend.

I felt the staff has been quite thorough, professional, and friendly during the touring process. Sarah and Erin were both great and made the process very easy for me. It's only been a couple of weeks but I've enjoyed the pool and quietness of the community so far.

The location and amenities are nice but the staff can sometimes be a bit moody. Maintenance team are very friendly and eager to help but they can only do so much. I have experienced multiple problems prior to me being here for a month and I am actively seeking another place to live. I would not recommend this rental property.

Apartments are in excellent shape and very spacious. The community is very well maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly and the pool and work out facilities are the best of the any of the apartment complexes I visited in the Augusta area.

I have lived at Grand Oaks at Crane Creek Apartments for over 5 years. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. Maintenance requirements will be completed within 24 hours. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.

We initially chose Grand Oaks at Crane Creek due to their location and modern/newly built neighborhood. Over the years, we are very pleased to call this home. Everything is so well maintained, from the clubhouse area to the wonderful landscaping (my favorite thing to savor when lounging on my balcony)! It is the epitome of Augusta living. It is in the vicinity to so many restaurants, shopping, and all highways are easily accessible, yet sometimes I forget I'm living in a bustling area of the town. Thanks, Grand Oaks and Staff! Grand Oaks is the best apartment I've ever stayed at and probably the best one in Augusta. It would be a real disappointment if I ever had to downgrade to a different apartment. I planned on being here a short time but I might just stay for quite a while.

Safe, clean community with beautiful maintained landscaping and interior finishes! Just a bit lacking in pest management for a neighborhood lined by lots of trees and a creek.

Awesome place to live. The amenities and services given are worth it. My We did move in fairly quickly after the resident before us just moved out, so my only advise would be to make sure everything is cleaned out thoroughly like the patio walls and paint spots on the floor. Other than that, youll enjoy your time here! Its very peaceful being that we stay towards the back and on a corner so were kind of away from others in the building. It is next to the hwy so if that bothers you Id suggest visiting first and asking to stay opposite of the hwy. The 24 hr gym is a plus, the pool is great, the seating outside is beautiful, and theres also a place to grill and relax. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay thats not too small and not too big and this is within their budget! Me and and my husband just moved in the end of last year and we love it!

The apartments here are nice but the front gates dont work and the pool is only open for daytime use, not for people who have to work for a living.

I have made many friends here and feel very safe. The complex is clean and very friendly. The only thing that would cause me to move is cost.

I love this community because it is always clean. The staff members are extremely helpful and super nice. There is a nice gym with a variety of equipment.
