The management company has done some AWESOME renovations in these homes! We’ve been living out here for 4 years and are transferring units to be in one of the renovated ones. Not to mention, the staff from leasing to maintenance actually care and are so easy to work with. We will be here until we are ready to buy our own home.

I’ve been living here for a week and I am so very happy with my decision to move in. The neighborhood is peaceful, my upgraded home is absolutely beautiful, and the added perk is that I get to park right in front of my home. I recommend Grand Lake to anyone interested. It feels just like how a cozy home should feel.
I was able to have a tour of the complex, and the manager was very helpful in helping me make a good decision.
The property is great! Very spacious and nicely priced. Convenient to most everything. The management were very helpful and April was very knowledgeable kind and courteous!
If you are looking for a quiet retreat after a long day at work, look no further than Lochaven on the Lake! These three and four bedroom townhouse are surrounded by beautiful trees and harmonic sounds of red robins and blue Birds to help wake you up in the morning. I love the views of the Lake especially when the sun sets upon it. The property actually has two lakes both stocked with fish for those who love fishing and it's ready for canoeing or paddle boating. If you are an animal lover Lochaven also has a pet friendly policy, there is a nice size park where children can run free and have fun. On hot days you can take a refreshing swim in the pool which goes from 3 to 8 feet. On warm sunny days or evenings feel comfortable by taking a stroll around the Lake. I live in the four bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse. It is very spacious, the layout is very thoughtful each area is sectioned off wonderfully. I have stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, other options are black or white.The attached garage has lots of storage space, and washer/dryer hook up. There are nice sized Windows for natural lighting, and two patios. The neighbors are friendly and there is an live in officer on the property for safety. The office staff is courteous, knowledgeable and is always ready to help residents with any questions or concerns. Lochaven is a family oriented community, close to the interstate and plenty of entertainment venues as well as restaurants. If you like the city attractions but want the noise of the city drowned out, then this is the place for you. Come join the peaceful seclusion of Lochaven on the Lake!
I love this place, its very nice, the kitchen is outdated but cant complain, maintenance is great, they have their own number so talk directly to them, they are updating apartments which is nice, I never hear my neighbors and the square ft in the apartments is just amazing. I give it a good and not excellent because of the kitchen.
