Beautiful apartments with large living space and fully equipped housing however, Sam is unfortunately a terrible land lord- irresponsible and extremely poor communication. We gave a 60 day move out notice and they are requiring monthly payment for an additional month after the date noted on the notice given to them because they said it goes off of the last day of communication, which is the day they responded to our notice. Other tenants breaking lease agreement without consequences putting other residents safety at risk due to witnessed drug trafficking and IV drug use in the parking lot. Management was notified and no disciplinary action was taken. Would not recommend. The unethical management and the constant drug trafficking and drug use greatly outweigh the nice living spaces offered

Went to look at the apartment on Grand Ave. Samantha was late to the showing then gave us a bunch of attitude when we started asking questions. She acted like we were wasting here time. She was more interested in her phone than she was talking to us. Very unpleasant experience for us. Great looking apartments but horrible management. Once again very unprofessional.

Beware renting a property from National Management, LLC! If you do, save your receipts, cancelled checks, any and all correspondence. They purchased Grand Avenue Apartments while I lived there and not only did the responsiveness of the property manager go down, but after moving out and paying additional security deposit fees, over THREE YEARS LATER they turned my account over to a COLLECTIONS AGENCY. Keep in mind that the check was cashed nearly immediately, and that I had no correspondence from them for over three years, only to receive a letter from a collections agency demanding payment. I am one who keeps records, but if I weren't I wouldn't have proof to refute this accusation. I don't know why this is how they run their business, but if you DON'T want an adversarial relationship with your landlord, look to rent elsewhere.

This is the worst property company ever! From the manager Julie to the maintenance guy Josh. They will screw you over any way they can! They threaten and harass their tenants. Stay clear and go else where, there are plenty of other properties in the metro Wausau area that care about there tenants and their families that live in their properties.

The snow plowing here is a nightmare. At 4:30 this morning after 7 inches of snow, their fella plowed a few trails through the parking lot and left massive snow piles behind cars. People were stuck throughout the complex. I have lived here 8 years and have never seen such a horrible snow plowing mess. No sign of anybody attempting to clean these parking lots as of early afternoon. We had a wonderful energetic manager but they have seen fit to let him go.

These apartments are clean and decently new and nice, but not luxury. They're identical inside to a large number of apartments in the Wausau area. The appliances included are standard, cheap Hotpoint appliances. There is only one air conditioning unit per apartment although it looks like there are several, and it is in the living room so the bedrooms get very hot in the summer. The management has changed several times in the past two years, and while the current property manager is responsive, others have been very hard to get ahold of in the past. The snow removal was decent this past year. The lawn care here is pretty bad. I've never seen so many weeds and dead grass before. I'm not sure why pictures of water are included in this listing, as the apartments are not on the water. The location is decent, but somewhat removed from restaurants, bars and shops, in my opinion. There is easy access to Kwik Trip though, which is awesome. The private entries are nice and the vaulted ceilings in the second story apartments are great, so consider the second floor if it is an option for you. It would be nice if the apartments accepted modern payment forms such as monthly withdrawls instead of requiring a check. Additionally, the pet policy here is confusing, so make sure you get it straightened out before you sign a lease. Overall, it is a nice place to live for a decent rate.

I was apprehensive at first to live here it was not at all first choice, but my house was sold and nothing available in Wausau. I'm so happy here it's so quiet and the management (Larry) is so on top of everything not that I've had anything go wrong. Large kitchen and bath,spacious bedrooms and deck.
