Grand at The Dominion Apartments

I’ve loved living here! I love the location and how close everything is to me. HEB, Pilates Platinum, Chick Fill A, Walmart, and the RIM right down the road. The place is well kept. Our only complaint is that people need to pick up after their pets better.

Everyone seems to really care. It’s pretty quiet and if something goes wrong, they seem to get on it pretty quick. Love the scenery the most!!!

So far so good! Love the sense of community here! Everyone is pretty friendly! The staff is also great and helpful! The gym is great for accessory work and the pool is fun!

I've been loving it here my kids love it here too and there are always friendly here I've haven't had any problems here plus they have a awesome pool and a pretty good gym

Love the area, very nice neighbors, My new home has everything I want and need and the front office is very helpful And friendly! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

Really love this place! Very safe ! But sometimes they say my request has been fulfilled (like in a notification) and it won’t be done :( so that sucks sometimes but overall very good place to live !

Great apartment and I love my neighbors! I wish parking was better though. It gets crowded and I often have to park at the front of the complex when I live in the back.

We’ve enjoyed living here a lot! People are respectful and clean and the amenities are well kept. We just wish people would pick up after their dogs better.

Honestly, not one complaint about this place. I wish there was more parking space, but other than that, I love it here. It’s a very nice and quiet community

The staff and maintenance continue to improve. Areas outside are being improved, Would like to see more access to the game room. It is locked more then open and on days the the staff is off for holidays and at night it is always look locked.

It was a pretty easy and smooth move in process. The community is great, it seems everyone keeps up on it looking nice. Maintenance was a little disappointing on getting things done but hopefully in the future they will be more responsive.

Great location, great staff, great amenities, great apartment! Maintenance is quick for repairs, the community is quiet and clean! Great place to live!

I seriously do not have any complaints living here. The neighborhood makes me feel very safe, we got a new maintenance team they get the job done quick and right the first time. Management is super nice! We even have food trucks come to feeds us, you have to pay of course. The apartments are in a great shape and the pictures do not lie. No bug or rodent issues. Life is great! Seriously come live here. I hope my review helps you find your dream apartment home.

I love the area and the community seems very peaceful. The Apartments are amazing on the inside and all the amenities are wonderful. Parking is a little crazy at times but they’re Amazing, staff and all!!!

Amazing experience so far! The place is amazing my favorite part has been the pool especially since it is getting a whole lot warmer! The staff is very nice as well!

I have had an overall great experience living here and I have felt very safe too. The only thing is some people don’t pick up their dogs poop

Loving it here. I had a problem where the upstairs neighbors would let their dogs pee on the balcony and the urine falling down to our balcony. I took it up with the front office and they immediately resolved the problem.

Grand at the dominion is nice! The place is very safe to live, the amenities are good and I love the pool. It’s quiet the place. The administration sometimes organize community events

I have had a very pleasant experience with grand at the dominion. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the maintenance crew works hard to keep out community running, quick response times and I always see them working on something which feels nice because I have had bad experiences with previous communities. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends looking to move.

I appreciate the all the stores, restaurants in the area and the fact that is 2 minutes from the highway is a major plus. The staff has been coming up with creative ways to engage the residence. Christmas wrapping, breakfast gathering, food truck, etc...

I’d give it five stars but parking isn’t great. That is one of the biggest issues here. They also need to add more light fixtures around the apartment complex as it’s very dark.

Everyone has been so helpful and kind to us since we moved in! Assistance has been quick! Service request have been responded to quickly so far as well!

I love the area and maintenance responds almost instantly!the office is very helpful and if you have any questions or concerns they will take care of you!

I have no complaints about living here! My family and I love it here. The staff is nice and the pool is fantastic ive lived here for two years now and it's been pretty great

This place is amazing! It’s around so many convenient places! Anna was super helpful when it came to moving in and made sure I was all set. Plus, The amenities are incredible!

It is pretty great. Just wish there was more green areas and fire pits! We just moved in a few days ago but so far so good. Clean and quiet.

So far everything has been great, leasing office is really helpful and friendly. The area is great, everything in the unit is working, the apartment complex is very nice and whole place is very clean.

We have lived here for seven years,have a beautiful view of the green belt ! Thank god we didn’t have views to the parking lot and trash ! We have had two cars towed away extremely maddening but over a nice place to live!

Management is extremely sweet and the apartment is beautiful. I got a garage and I’ve very pleased with the size and area where it’s located. The maintenance has also responded extremely quickly to requests

Problem: Deferred maintenance on parking lot lighting, outside building lighting, hallway lighting, and emergency lighting in the hallways. This has been going on for years! Problem: Dirty hallways(including dog poop) and sheet rock and paint damage.

So far I love the location of Grand at the Dominion, and I have loved my apartment. I did doubt continuing to live here because about 1 wk ago, there were non residents that broke into 3 vehicles by visitors side, and there were no staffing or security to help prevent this. one of those vehicles belonged to my friend who came to visit me. Another is the staff, their way of interaction does not feel sincere at all, it feels like they don't want to talk to you some times and are answering questions quickly just to not deal with you. The manager is very much like this, her smile is half way, and definitely does not feel real.

Everything is affordable and everyone is so kind. Moving in was made to be really easy; everyone gave us a list of what needed to be done and we did it and got accepted for the lease. The apartments are gorgeous and clean. Really love living here.

Our transfer apartment was not clean. Especially, the floors and windows. Disappointing. Otherwise, it is a nice community to live in. We have lived here for nine years already.

I love living here it has such a nice pool and the people are super friendly! It is also nice having everything close by like a heb and walmart

I've been living here for two months, and I'm thoroughly disappointed. The complex is filthy, and the building I reside in is covered in bird droppings. There were bird nests in the hallway on top of the fire alarms, and naturally, the birds relieved themselves everywhere. Although the birds have since flown away, the complex has made no effort to clean up the mess. There was a bird nest on my patio, and while it was removed before I moved in, the droppings were left behind. It's truly disgusting here. I rent a washer and dryer, and the dryer broke down. I submitted a maintenance request and was told they'd get to it when they could. Apparently, there's only one maintenance person for the entire complex, so the front office prioritizes emergencies. As if having clean clothes isn't essential! I'm extremely unhappy with this residence. For the rent they charge, I shouldn't be dealing with these issues. Please take pride in your community and keep it clean.

Me gusta vivir aquí, pero la iluminación externa de los edificios es cada vez peor, hay muchos bombillos quemados y si no los cambian, nos quedaremos a oscuras. El área de la piscina tampoco está bien iluminada. Me gustaría que el área de juegos, esté abierta de noche Vivimos aquí desde el año 2019, nos hemos mudado de edificio dos veces y debemos mudarnos nuevamente a un apartamento más grande, me gustaría hacerlo de una vez pero nos piden pagar un transfer muy alto

Great location. Perfectly located around all my needs. Restaurants, grocery store, Walmart, nail salon, banking, massage spa ,etc. I love sitting by the pool and enjoying the tranquility. ..

I've lived here for more than 2 years. The management here has always been super stellar as well as the maintenance staff. The front desk and managers have all had my well-being in mind when I come to them needing help.

Love this apartment complex. It's near the hill country but still close to the city as well. Dog friendly and clean complex, has dog park. Driving distance to wineries!!

Poor management, maintenance does not take care of anything. Pet waste rots for months. Stairs are lose in buildings, infestation of bugs and nothing is taken care of. Monthly rent increased without consent, and no reason to back it up. It takes weeks to even get maintenance to acknowledge the damage and don’t repair it. We were lied to and given the wrong apartment and nothing was done to correct their error. I wouldn’t have ever moved here if I had known…DO NOT RECOMMEND

Have lived here for 2 years and it has been great, no issues, maintenance comes fast, and helpful front office workers! Definitely recommend living here.

I love my apartment and the amenities that it comes with! The only cons I would say are parking is very limited and sometimes have to park outside the gates, and the valet trash people are super picky on what they’ll take or won’t take.

Staff was friendly but my apartment was not move in ready. There were multiple shortcuts from the make ready team. The process was very quickly and felt rushed for my move in.

As a new resident I couldn’t be happier with my choice to call this community home. The staff has been so helpful and welcoming. My move in process exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased.

Pretty cool place love the hills a lot nicer than Wichita rooms are really nice surrounding area is pretty quiet makes a great place to live and sleep
