Property Ratings at Granby Oaks Apartments
Property is not maintained. No landscaping is done around property at all, only front entrance. Renovation are a joke. The apartments were giving a face-lift and nothing more. Same old 50yr old apartments with drafty windows. Poor management on the property as well. Shop around.
We have been living here for almost 2 years this coming Augiust. We absolutely love Granby Oaks. All of the staff have been wonderful. It is refreshing to live in a place that is well maintained and the rent is reasonable. B. Goode
