I love my new apartment! The move in process was close to flawless and Steph was a huge help throughout everything, from applying to my move in date! I absolutely recommend this place! Very welcoming for pets and kiddos. Noise levels are normally very low. The pool is gorgeous and the dog park is a great added plus. I’m very happy with my choice to move here!
Great experience with Gramercy at Northline! My tour with Steph was fantastic! She has been an amazing help through the whole selection, applying, and moving in process. My apartment is great and I love the area for my daughter and puppy. It’s very quiet and walkable. The elevator is an huge plus factor. Everyone is always nice as you pass by and the girls at the leasing office already know us by name. Parking has never been a problem, I can always find a place near my building. Noise is very minimum as long as contractors aren’t working on a unit. We have not used the pool yet, but are very excited to soon! I absolutely recommend this apartment complex!

My experience at Gramercy has been mixed. I love the updated look of the apartments, and the interior nature of the community is great, particularly in Texas. However, I’ve found communication with property management to be a major issue. Without warning, management locked all access to the trash rooms and announced same-day that the only option for disposal would be the valet services, which only operate Sunday through Thursday. This is concerning; as this is a major shift, I would have expected the renters to be notified with more notice to voice concerns and allow for feedback. Now, if we need to dispose of something smelly Friday through Sunday, we will have to hold onto it until the valet comes. Terrific apartments, good maintenance, but management may change your living experience without notice.
I love this place and the way they received us, it is very clean, organized and very fun !! Every board game it has, the comforts, etc. really really Love

The process was easy and I felt helped the whole way through. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. The tour was informative, I love the amenities and I’m excited to live here.
Had to reach out n of times to fix the internet and other maintenance issues , but so far the internet issue is not resolved and other windows issue is not fixed permanently
So far so good. Everyone has been friendly , and the amenities seem to be nice. The only thing I would say that isn’t good is alot of things aren’t working when it comes to thr amenities . Example tv”s by the pool do not work and haven’t worked since I moved in here, none of the equipment in the gym can connect to the internet like it’s supposed to.

Gramercy at Northline has potential with its modern design and convenient location, but my experience has been a bit mixed. While I appreciate the aesthetic and layout of the apartment, the build quality feels a bit rushed, and some materials don’t hold up well. I also experienced some delays with maintenance requests, even after reporting issues before move-in. The community has nice amenities, but they could be better maintained. Overall, there’s room for improvement, especially with communication and follow-through, but with a few changes, this could be a great place to live.

Everything is great except that I am still unable to log in to the portal to make my monthly payment. I have to pay a $2 fee to make the payment at Walmart. I hope the issue is fix soon so next I don’t have to pay another to pay my rent.

While this does appear to be an isolated incident, and we have worked towards a resolution, I would like to make note that we do offer options to make rent payment, outside of this scenario, that allow for little to no convenience fee. Your patience and understanding has been greatly appreciated!

My overall experience is good. Love my apartment and the community. The maintenance crew is great. Very professional and knowledgeable. My two issues is the trash no being pick up in the weekends because the smell in the hallways is horrible by Sunday. Also, the lack of consideration by some dog owners with not picking up after their dogs. I stepped on dog poop with my new shoes.

I love how the hallways are always nice and cool and how easily accessible the trash chute is. This community is extremely quiet and maintains cleanliness

I have been here for 9 months and the rental experience has been amazing! The leasing staff and maintenance staff are all super friendly and helpful!

I absolutely love my new apartment! Everything about it is just perfect. The community is so welcoming and friendly, and it's such a joy to be surrounded by such wonderful people. Beautiful community, I cannot wait to see the Master Plan completed for this area. Definitely looking to have a Domain atmosphere a lot closer in North Austin. Great location for new businesses, schools and universities. Most importantly “Family Vibes & Safe Areas.”

I recently moved into this apartment complex and overall I've had a positive experience so far. The staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the transition smooth. The property itself is impressive, and I'm eagerly anticipating the completion of the construction.The apartments are exactly as advertised - beautiful, brand new, and modern. Although, I am concerned about the future for deliveries. Currently, while the building access is open during the installation of key fob access, I've had all my deliveries brought directly to my apartment door without any issues. It's been fantastic! However, once the access is restricted I'm told there won't be any door codes. Meaning any food, grocery, or any other expedited delivery will mean you'll have to meet the drivers downstairs/outside. Same with any guests coming over. This significantly diminishes the convenience factor of deliveries in the first place. On top of that, this company requires residents to use Fetch for package deliveries. For those unfamiliar, a quick search will reveal numerous complaints about Fetch's service quality in Austin. It's surprising that a self-described "Five-star living" complex would mandate the use of such a subpar company. Fetch isn't even BBB accredited and they have 1.02/5.0 average of 382 customer reviews! That is ridiculously bad! I'm puzzled as to why the property management didn't opt for more resident-friendly solutions like package lockers or keeping the building access unlocked during normal business hours. I'll be monitoring how the fob access implementation affects the delivery process and will update my star rating accordingly.

I understand that some of your biggest concerns is the ability to have deliveries or guests be able to come to your door without needing to go to the main entry to let them in. We are happy to announce that we have installed/are installing Gatewise access panels! This will allow you to open the door for delivery drivers or your guests, if they have trouble accessing the building.
