Property Ratings at Graceland Flats
My car was broken into and stolen twice from Graceland Flats. However, management never informed the residents about these incidents. It is frustrating to see that the management of this complex seems to be indifferent towards the safety and well-being of its residents. These incidents have caused me significant inconvenience and stress, and it is worrying that something more severe could happen in the future.

Unfortunately there’s a pool directly in the center of the apartment complex and the people who work here let people do whatever they want. If you enjoy any sort of peace, go somewhere else. There’s constantly people screaming, blaring music, and inviting all of their friends over. The complex also throws parties at the pool for residents, why you would encourage people to be loud and annoy the majority of normal people living here, I don’t know. You would think being this far from campus it would be geared towards normal working adults but unfortunately the complex lets people be loud and actually encourages it.

If you want to live in a money grabbing apartment complex, this is the complex for you!!! Property was built with poor materials including carpet, drywall, paint. You will have to pay for this once you move out. Your $850 security deposit will not cover half of this. DON’T RECOMMEND TO LIVE HERE
