Property Ratings at Gordon House
Perfect for on the go young professional. I found myself being at work for about 10 hours a day, then doing something after work --enjoying a happy hour or catching up with old and new friends or going to the gym. Which did not leave a ton of time to be at home. This left me not wanting to spend a ton of money on rent. This place is the perfect price point and is a very humble yet spacious studio. My bedroom fits my full bed, a couch, and a dresser. It has a beautiful built-in unit that has plenty of storage. It is a historic building, full of intricacies that makes this place unique. It does have window AC unit but I've found its perfect to cool down in the hot summer. The management has been great to work with and has completed maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. This place is perfect!
