Make sure check the actual apt you getting before signing.Emergency# is a waste of time.Who?Why?tenant got to wait over 3mths for maintenance orders to be completed.Not updated at all.Old cabinets,nasty stair ways.No pressure cleaning.
2021 ACCURATE REVIEW, -0 STARS. I hate this apartment complex, do not move here at all they will lie to you just to get you to move in. The office lady Donna is very disgusting & they’re customer service is horrible. I lived here 3 years & they keep on telling lies on why the pool is closed. They raised the rent on the horrible & small 1bedroom that i have. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Matter fact -0 they don’t even care that there’s a pandemic going on Donna is nasty about everything. All she says is “I’m just the property manager” DO NOT MOVE HERE. I almost forgot that trashy place that they call the laundry room & barely any of the machines work. They claim pest control is included but it’s not. I have so much more to say but it’s -0000000 stars. I wish i could show you guys the “wood floors” picking up in my 1bedroom.OVERALL A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
Not a bad area at all, very quiet. I had to wait at least 4 months to be able to get internet and the signal in the area is just horrible so that sucked, but I was eventually able to get Xfinity. The washers and dryers are ALWAYS broken to the point I just stopped using them and go to the wash house. Also, rent is too high for the place, instead of raising the price they need to lower it. I’ll admit this was last minute for me and the approval process was very fast and smooth. In the bathroom for some reason the tile keeps lifting up on the wall by the shower handle and there was a super big hole which was fixed, but poorly because it looks like it’s all detaching again and will fall again soon. The fridge leaks very bad and it will come and go. Again rent is too high for the living area . Will not be renewing my lease. Overall management is great never had problems with them, good place for a quick move, but if you have time to search maybe keep looking.
At first viewing I really enjoyed these apartments, they are clean and mostly quiet, the Manger was extremely personable and made my experience easy and fun. Nearby shopping and restaurants, overall a great little area. Sadly after moving in I came to the realization that there is no internet access AT ALL for the vast majority of apartments. In the modern world this is absolutely unacceptable. To make matter worse they actively lie to you to get you to live here, it still says in this very listing "High Speed Internet Available". Since I got tricked into living here I have been very patient over the last 4 months as they are "having internet installed by Comcast" yet the workers have finished their work over a month ago and there is still not a single update to be had. Sadly I cannot recommended ANYONE live in this apartment until internet is installed or at very least they are honest about what these apartments have to offer. In the future I will edit this review to reflect the changes I hope are coming in a timely manner.

We are so sorry but Comcast is coming we should be up and running shortly. Just talked with them on Monday they are waiting on the equipment to get here.Due to the holidays it just took a little longer. I was told everything should be done by January 2020. No happy at all cause I didn’t know that Comcast doesn’t service the area , had to be put on hold on Amazon cause Of internet. Really sucks, Do not know what I’m gonna do.

Nice area, not too bad as far as disturbance, but network in the area absolutely sucks and they only offer at&t witch also sucks and it’s pretty expensive because even they have to go through a 3rd party to get service. Would I recommend living here? Yes, but the internet connection is a big matter and phones “LTE” almost doesn’t even work

We just stopped by and we looked at a one-bedroom beautiful I love it we are just looking around today but this is on the top of my list I'm just wanted to say thank you for the office staff that was so nice
No internet. Washer machines are broken half of the time. Maintenance takes forever to come when called. Office staff are careless. Would only recommend if you have no other option.

I can't get internet in my apartment which sucks because my whole life revolves around having access to the internet. I can't get AT&t and we cannot get Comcast. If we would have known that from the beginning we would have never moved in the apartment in the first place. I cannot wait till my lease is up.

I've been living in Tamarac for the las 15 years, and Golf Villas Complex has been one of the best condominiums where I've lived. Pet friendly, hardwood floors, beautifull views, shopping centers nearby. Great management/staff, always going forward to exceeds your need and expectations. Spacious, clean and well maintained apartments. 4 Stars.
Since I've moved to Golf Villas, I have been nothing but pleased. From the maintenance staff, office staff, to the handymen. A very proactie management team paired with a beautiful apartment complex. I have a beautiful 2,2 at a very exceptional price. I would recommend living here
