Manager and Maintenance

I had been living there since 2014, but recently moved. As of February, we received new management, as we all know, transitions are difficult. The new manager, Jason, is kind and works to get to know the tenants and any issues, prior and present he does his best to get them resolved. Matt, who does maintenance, would come and work on things in the home. If he came for one thing and saw another, he would remember to get it written up so it gets resolved quickly. I hope that this management company continues to make changes and get this complex with good people back to where all involved benefit. It's a good location and I hope they do add something where young kids have somewhere to safely play, but most of all, get the pool which young and old used to enjoy, before COVID. It was one of the attractions that drew me to Goddard Courts(Estates)

Run

I have been living here since 2018. We have new management and they are horrible every other day they’re cutting off the lights with no care… they don’t care about people have food in their freezer and refrigerator. The food is going bad. They are not replacing anything. Also, people have kids that are homeschool and they have to miss days of school because every time you look up they’re cutting down the power…people is running in and out your house Every other day every other week the new owners have no respect for privacy If you are a person that needs your privacy this is not the place to come to every day. It’s something new to get inside your apartment? It’s like the owner is hiring their cousins to work on the electricity. I don’t even think they are license because by now it’s no reason that the power keep going off!!! it used to be a good building so many people is moving out.

We worked closely with with the City of Taylor to ensure we were in compliance with local construction and building codes. Fully permitted, and approved. Our office did ensure to make sure proper notices were issued to the residents. Our team works to provide the best living experience for all of our residents, and we apologize for any inconveniences experienced in our community. Please contact our office directly so we can promptly solve any outstanding issues.

Goddard Ct Townhomes

Let me just start by saying that the maintenance and management here are very friendly and take excellent care of the property and us! The two times we had an issue, maintenance was here in minutes and fixed the problem, getting us a new dishwasher in two days. The grounds are well taken care of as well. The apartment has a large enough master for our king size bed and two dressers and two nightstands and two closets,one of which is a walk-in. We also have a bath and a half. The complex has a swimming pool that is always clean too. The best thing is that you cant beat the price! I have not seen nor had any trouble, you can drive through and see that the residents take pride in their places. I would recommend this place to anyone that asked me about it!
