Currently the complex smells like trash and there is trash sprawled outside it once you walk up the stairs. The laundry room has been down for a while and makes it inconvenient to wash clothes specially when they can’t be taken to a laundry mat….

so far so good. There have been a couple mishaps but we were moving fast so there wasnt enough time for me to stay and evaluate it being fixed. From what i know there are plans in place to help fix the wifi, and also the AC. Other than that everything has been good.

Quickly, I did not appreciate in person inspections of the apartment, the noise of the freeway, the faux / fake countertops, and the fact they turned me into collections stating I did not leave a forwarding address. I did, it was required before I moved out and turned in keys. They took all of my deposit, charged more, and pretended they had no idea where I moved to?!? Thanks for making my terrible experience last longer than the time I lived there. You affected my credit rating and I had no idea I owed any more than you took from me.

Although the building may be old, it is much more spacious, sound proof, and well-built than any other newer apartment complexes that we lived in. Things I like about this property: It's safe, it's clean, it's secure. My old building in Colorado had monthly mixers/parties to help residents get connected. I'd like to see something similar here. A community bulletin board would also be helpful

I absolutely love living here! The amenities are great, it's very quiet in the building, professionally cleaned and immaculate, very secure, the property is very well maintained, and the staff members are professional, courteous, and just nice people.
