The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Glenwood Terrace
Please do not stay here unless you want to wait forever for things to get fixed then they will advise that you need to pay for it. Horrible communication change building managers ever month to the point they can’t even keep up with maintenance request. If you get things delivered to your home look at them to be stolen. They can’t even keep thieves out the building. Yet they give their good tenants so much grief. If you love stepping in poop then this is the place for you. They send out news letters talking about people to pick up behind their pet yet do you think they listen no because the rule is not being enforced. Of all the times I’ve ever rented I’ve never rented a place that I would rather be homeless then to stay here ever again. Took me many times calling, emailing getting a maintenance issue fix to help keep their building in top shape but they didn’t seem to care smh. RUN RUN Far away from this place. They can’t even keep dedicated tenants here because of their inexperienced people that is managing this property. All the bad reviews you see are true. I wish I would have taken the reviews seriously because I would have never given this place a cent.
This is my 3rd Year living here and they are currently getting new management so hopefully it will get better but the last management never got anything fixed if I would asked she would just say ok we will fix it this week! nope they never did. also thin walls very old building it has a lot of problems. Can't recommend.
My first week living there, I came home to find my door ajar, I was startled to find plumber was in my bathroom with my dog barking at him. I was not given notice. The manager was not with him. My dog is not friendly, pure luck my dog didn't get out or bite this man. The problem continued with sometimes only getting 2 hour notice or them just leaving fire alarms or air conditioner bags outside my door without warning. I had to continuously call the landlady to sort through it all. They aren't terrible people, just terribly disorganized.
This is my first apartment and I have live in parkway for about a year and I really like it. It's home I like everything about my apartment and I like our management company a lot!
