Glenmills Apartments

I lived at Glenmills for a year and enjoyed my stay! The apartment was nice, parking was convenient, and the laundry room was easily accessible. The move in and move out process both went really smooth, and Lisa, the property manager, was always responsive and helpful. Living at Glenmills actually convinced me to seek out another EmeraldLiving property for my current apartment. Would definitely recommend!

I love living at Glenmills. I have been here about 2 years and love how peaceful and safe it is. I have kids and they are able to walk to school and feel safe. The amenities they have are perfect. Saving on gym and pool memberships. Laundry on site is a plus.

It's a good, quiet place to live for families. Neat surroundings, laundry, fitness and pool. Good location, 5 min by car to Fremont Hub shopping center, 5 min to Fremont train station, schools nearby.

have lived here for over 12 years, kids grew up in these apartments and we all enjoy living here. new management team I very friendly and is always approachable. apartments are kid friendly and cat friendly and not too far from shopping centers.

Glenmills Apartments are located far enough from Fremont City Center so that there's none of the foot and car traffic of places closer in. But it's only a 5 minute drive to all the shops and restaurants downtown. It's mostly young families with kids but there's a number of single people and some older folks like me. One of my next door neighbors is a teacher at a local grade school and another is a law student at Berkeley. It's a friendly place with people from all backgrounds. There is a grade school, middle school and high school within walking distance. There are several places of worship for all faiths some within an easy walk and others not far away. It's about 3/4 mile from the 880 freeway so you don't get the sound of it but have the quick access. It's got a pool, gym, laundry room and an area for kids to play around in. The 1st floor apartments have a fenced in front porch area and the 2nd story apartments have large balconies. It has trees and flowers in the inner court and out front. It's clean and well kept up. It has off-street parking. The managers are friendly and nice people.

Apartments are good and spacious, management is easily approachable, takes care of people and their problems as well.

I have been living here for 2 years. The apartment rooms and kitchen are very specious. Mangers Lisa, Mark and Brandon are very cooperative. Apartment community is very nice and friendly neighbors. This apartment is closer to Bart, Fremont hub, DMV , postoffice and lot of market places around it.. Great Place!!

We have lived here for 15 years and this has been a great community to us, management us responsive and grounds are always very clean. We enjoy living here and recommend it!

I've been living at Glenmills Apts for over 4 years now and remain very happy here. The maintenance and property management staff are very friendly and responsive. The complex is well kept and clean. The rent is reasonably priced especially for the city and Bay Area. It's close to shopping centers, post office and DMV. Overall, it's quiet and safe.

No issues. Quite good Management. They are helpful and fixes issue quickly.

With our new Property Mangement things have changed for the better. We have enjoyed our new fitness center, new pool furniture and newly renovated laundry room. Our Managers are great and always so helpful. We are near by an Elementary School, Middle School & High School for all my children. Public transportaion and shopping centers are minutes away. Unlike a couple apartment complexes next to us the space in our unit is HUGE. So space for my family of 6 is never a problem. Management has set a great "Family Feel" enviroment around here and we love it!
