Think it was back in August I had an office personnel come look at my apartment bathroom I finally got a new sink but I still have the issues all behind the toilet nothing is being done about it. I shouldn't have to keep calling or sending in maintenance request.

Travis is great! He is responsive and polite. However, the community definitely has issues with pests that don’t seem to be apparent at first. And it’s a bit overpriced being as though the amenities are subpar and there is no real security.

Overall it’s been ok living at Glenridge apartments. The staff has been great you just can’t help the actions of others and we have also just out grown our apartment. I would definitely recommend to anyone starting over and looking for a decent price!

The people above me flood out my appartment with dirty stinky water and I'm told that they aren't replacing my dirty messed up carpetting that they will just make a note that it wasn't my fault. Then the walls are messed up and I probably have black mold and things aren't fixed properly and my barthroom ceiling wall and door are messed up and my apartment looks awful because of it all and I'm supposed to just live like this. Then people here have washing machines in their apartments and the rest of us have to pay to use the machines in the laundry room but we all have to split the water bill evenly so the water bill is outrageous.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming and helped us get in to a place quick when we're in a bit of a bind. The first 6 months I think we regretted our decision for a few reasons but mainly because of the guys that were always drinking and getting high in the front entrance and in the laundry room. Since that problem is gone it's been a lot easier coming in from work comfortably making it to my door. The neighborhood is very well maintained which is a huge plus just wish I had the perks of a swimming pool but nonetheless it's a pretty good setup

We lived here for about five years. Any problems that we have had they are right on it. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. The maintenance staff are very good.
The place is filled with roach and mice, kids bang on doors till 4 am, and nothing is done about it. There’s been letters sent out but no real action. They also give hardly any notice for work getting done, leaving no time to prepare
Moving in has been super easy and all the staff have been willing to go above and beyond to help out. We are so excited to have a dishwasher again.

My resident experience for me personally has been good. I have not had any issues with the staff in the office. When I call or email they answer me in a timely manner and are courteous for the most part. The grounds, parking lots, and buildings are well maintained. Trash removal is done in a timely manner to where there is not build up of trash or unwanted furniture. There are no major issues with pests or rodents. My only problem are my neighbors who are loud unruly and disrespectful of others with loud music, swearing, and fighting. ALL the time. I have complained to the office, as have others. But what are they really going to do about it? People are people as long as they pay their rent I suppose.
I like the area and the employee travis is a very nice guy. He is very helpful and listens to any concerns that we have. I also like that they answer the phone at the office

My favorite part is the location, close to everything you will need and more. They recently added an Amazon mail box which has been great. The leasing office does a great job listening and resolves all issues to the best of their abilities. They do not take complaints personally and work hard to resolve any issues. The maintenance team is wonderful, very respectful and diligent. The staff does a great of keeping the community clean and adding new amenities to make it better. I do wish there were a couple more pet waste stations but overall great renovated apartments with lots of closet spaces.

Very quiet and clean place. The neighbors are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance service is very efficient. The times I have needed repairs to the apartment, they have come in a reasonable time, the cleaning and maintenance of the surrounding area is very good. The negative things, parking especially at night is very congested, if you don't pay for private parking it is very unlikely that you will find parking, if you are going to receive visitors you have to park too far from your apartment or on the outskirts of the complex , the disabled parking spaces are few and at night they are occupied by people who do not have a disabled permit, there are no ramps near the parking spaces and the signs are not very visible.

Staff is amazing . Despite the issues we came across, Travis was super helpful in making sure I was happy in my home before he left for the day.
I recently moved in and so far it has been a fairly good experience. Maintenance has been slow to start fixing anything and the front desk worker could be a bit more helpful at times but otherwise no major complaints.

Very convenient location right in the middle of restaurants and shopping centers, literally less than 5 minutes from anything you could imagine. Very quick with maintenance, had a dryer that didn’t heat when I first moved in, had a brand new washer and dryer within a week of reporting the issue to maintenance.

Everything has been great, my neighbors are friendly,quite and respectful, maintenance is very quick to respond, I feel more at home here then where I was staying with family

Is a quiet and clean place. Office personal are nice. If you request maintenance in the apt, they respond fast. I like the way you can check your payment in the resident portal.

I was told that a list of things were going to be fixed in my apartment and you have to beg for a year to get any of them done. They send contractors in to do the fixing and painting of things and they make even a bigger mess and they do a terrible job and when you complain they ignore you and then send me touch up paint no brush or anything to do it with even though they know I’m disabled. Then I tell them something is wrong with my stove we think it’s gas and he says my stove is dirty and takes the bottom of the oven out and turns it over with a white foam on it and says this is gas and it’s because it needs to be cleaned. I say don’t you think you should still check it for a gas leak and he says he will be right back he has to go get the tester and never comes back and this was the maintenance manager. Always lies.

The complex is nice, wish there were more amenities. Great location, many stores nearby and easy to get to. Apartments are decent sizes with a good amount of storage closet. Maintenance is quick and responsive, the office does a good job of getting things resolved.

Overall we’re loving our new space! Maintenance has been super responsive and helpful whenever we’ve made requests. Appreciate the responsiveness with pest control as well. The gym facilities are unavailable, which is unfortunate.

Just moved in last week. I lived here 24 years ago and I was happy then but now I am loving it!! Beautiful apartment with brand new everything!! I love my stove! Travis made moving in easy as pie! If you don’t want to spend all of your money on your deposit they have something called Jetty!! I truly am happy I came back to Glen Ridge
I like my community Beside the loud dance music I am happy I am happy that I can have my dog and that there is a place to walk here.. And my rent has been reasonable

Great experience so far, quiet place and it’s always lovely to see the neighborhood kids play when I get back home from work. The families are polite and welcoming. The staff is very efficient and super friendly as well. Genuinely considering renewing my lease when the time comes.

Nice location. Maintenance and cleaning staff are nice and quick. Managemnt takes concerns seriously. Residents can be messy but staff cleans up after them very quickly.
