Glen Oaks Apartments

Francine and Judy are the two managers that I deal with the most. They are so nice and so wonderful. Jose is the maintenance man that will go above and beyond to help fix anything. Flowers are everywhere. All of the neighbors are so nice and friendly, my two kids can play outside without me having to worry. They love to catch lizards outside. Apartments are always clean. The pool and jacuzzi are always fun. And unlike other apartments there's real tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Which isn't super important but it's much nicer than the artificial stuff other places use. I love living here, I've been living here a little over a year now and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. At least three schools that I know of are in walking distance. There's also a shopping center just down the road. And there isn't a lot of heavy traffic.

Although I have not lived here, but my experience with the manager, Gabriel has been absolutely phenomenal! It was so extraordinary that I felt compelled to write this review. Through the process of learning about the property, determining application procedure, and weighing out which school district I wanted my child in to optimize safety during this pandemic, Gabriel delivered the most honest, caring, thorough customer service that anyone could ask for. We are so jaw-dropping impressed! He is extremely knowledgeable and goes over and beyond to make sure that you're well-informed and provided tidbits that help in the consideration process. He is so authentic and sincere when connecting with us, we truly felt cared for. This means so much to our single parent household to feel looked after in that way. Anyone who rents while he is in management will walk away feeling the loving community that he has contributed greatly to create and maintain! You'll definitely won't regret renting from Glen Oaks East. (We didn't end up renting from here, although we would have loved to due mainly to our experience with Gabriel. Glen Oaks East also has very reasonable rental rates, a great school district, and community. We opted for another property because Eastern did not have an option to be taught by Eastern teachers fully remote which we needed during the pandemic.)

This manager and maintenance are nothing short of wonderful! The manager has been here all six years of my residence which says a lot. Today was a really warm day and to my dismay I discovered I needed an AC repair. I was prepared to suffer through the next few days until it got fixed (because I have reasonable expectations) but the manager sent the maintenance man right over and he had it resolved in under an hour, WOW! The property is always well manicured with beautiful landscape, even through the drought seasons. The parking receives regular seal coat treatment and the trees are regularly trimmed which helps keep the residence a wonder place to call home year after year.

What attracted me to Glenoaks Apt. was the curb appeal. The inside of the apartment is up-to-date and modern. The leasing manager Francine is friendly and very welcoming!!!!

It was a really nice place to live, pretty calm. Maintenance was prompt with requests. The manager is amazing, no complaints, would definitely rent again!

My husband and I had our first apartment home together here at Glen Oaks. We loved every bit of our two years there. The management office does a great job of creating a homey atmosphere and great community environment, especially with the community events in the common area for special holidays. We felt cared for by the property manager, Francine - she does a great job keeping tabs on what is happening on the property. We would send her an email for any repair requests and she would make sure someone would come to our home as soon as they were available. We had a couple issues with our window/porch screens and kitchen sink leak, but the handymen were very good at their jobs. When the heat was particularly bad and we were dealing with mosquitoes, the management office arranged for an inspector to come and assess the problem and provide solutions. These technicians were mindful to only enter when we gave permission (especially if we wouldn't be at home) and we asked if they could wear bootcovers whenever they came in so they made sure to have them handy. The property itself is located at the end of the street so it felt relatively safe. Each unit only comes with one assigned parking spot (a 2-car shared garage with manual door) but there is plenty of street parking that you can coordinate parking around if you have more than one car. However, the street parking spots can get filled pretty quickly (around 6PM) so having more than two cars may be difficult to maneuver. The pool, fitness center, and laundry facilities are gated. The mailboxes are located right next to the management office. The laundry facilities are activated with a laundry card that you can fill in the management office (only during office hours). All around the property itself is well cared for - beautiful landscaping, clean walkways, etc. We had a very positive experience here and would recommend it for others to visit and consider as their home!

all apartment are huge , free maintenance , nice neighbors ,quiet place , has the laundry room attached to the gym and sauna , has a big pool and Jacuzzi, all gated for your children safety , and the rental office so friendly and helpful , I like living here .
