Walls are thin, parking is terrible, people stop their car in the middle of the road and block the flow of traffic. The idea that some residents can pay extra for reserved parking is ridiculous because that takes away from other residents that cannot afford a reserved spot. Might as well just assign parking for each apartment.
The community is very friendly, and quiet for the most part, other than the planes, but it’s nice and depending on your decorative style you can make your home very cozy, so far the stay here has been very pleasant
Our experience here at Glen Mar is so far very good! With great surrounding friendly neighbors and pets with few minor structural issues but nothing major
I love the place my daughter move here first and then about a year later i moved here . The people in office is so nice .the people that fix thing are very good . I love how this place is near everything you can get a job around here and walk to the job .i love the pool in the summer it is so nice and so clean i love it here keep up the good work.

Works for a first apartment. While here, the manager changed and the communication went down a lot. Also, the work orders/emails/phone calls take a while if you even get a response. Other then that, you can't beat the price. The neighbors are respectful and you have the choice of having a washer and dryer in unit.

Not pleased at all with this community. The noise from neighbors. The little parking spaces. Only 1 good maintenance man. Horrible turnover rate in office staff. Not worth the money they charge and the yearly increase in rent but yet no yearly upgrades

At first everything seemed fine however we immediately noticed how extremely thin the walls are. You can hear every and anything your upstairs and below neighbor is doing. Its more thin than the average apartment noise. Once you get a closer look of the apartment, its poorly done and not cleaned the best. However, they will charge you for everything once you leave, including things that are clean. The leasing team is unorganized and sometimes hard to get in touch with. The maintenance team handled things in a timely manner. Its just low quality, way too noisy, and not worth the money. Not to mention they shut off the water randomly without 24hours notice.

This place is subpar. It isn’t bad but it isn’t great. The apartments, also subpar. Especially ours. It took 3 months to get a new stove/oven that worked and a new fridge that wasn’t leaking. Our shower knobs are super inconsistent so half the time it takes 5 min to adjust the water before it’s okay for you to get into it. The toilet messes up and continuously flushes til we fix it if you flush for “too long which we still haven’t figured the timing out so our guests always mess it up. We had 3 bees come inside our apartment through (we think) the kitchen vent system which is also broken from what I can see. Our hallway light switch doesnt work and hasn’t since we moved in, they never fixed it. Etc etc etc. again, not the worst, but not worth the money we’re spending here. People smoking heavily in the laundry rooms and they do nothing about it.

We have a really loud neighbor and nothings ever been done about it. It affects our sleep because that’s all you can hear even with our noise machines, the neighbors are louder. It took us 3 months to get a new stove. We had to go through Thanksgiving without one. Our key fobs for the gym didn’t work when we first moved in, took over a month to get a new one and I still had to pay the amenities fees even tho I couldn’t access the gym and laundry. There’s fake companies knocking on doors constantly and nothing done about it unless we call the police. Every. Single. Time. When I’ve needed assistance from the office, they were slow to respond, you can never get ahold of anyone and still, the help is subpar. Luckily, it’s still better than where I was so I’m staying but yeah.

Good deal for the location. Mostly quiet. Added amenities this year withe merge of sister complex 3 blocks away. Allows for use of the pool. Very nice pool I must add.

Management is generally unavailable for complaints. Appliances are always broken and maintenance take forever for repairs. The ways are too thin so if you have loud neighbors or they play loud music you can hear everything.

Maintenance guy is great. My apartment is old though so everything is breaking every other week. Rent is also way too expensive for the living conditions and the area.

I have been here for almost 3 years and it has been the worst place I have ever lived. When I first moved in it was ok then everything came to light. The kids are disrespectful. The parking is horrible. Nothing gets done in a timely fashion. I didn't have roach issues at first but now they are a problem and my unit has been treated but nothing has change because no other units are being treated. I didn't have a stove for a week and the leasing office did nothing. Now my refrigerator is going up and Im still waiting on them to get me a new 1. Kyle the maintenance man is great and he tries his best to do everything but he is the only 1.

Staff have been really great. I think our unit could have used a few updates to items that appeared to be either previous repairs that were done by someone who was trying their hand at a little DIY or just were not done well. Its obvious there have been several coats of paint over time but it was clean and everything seems to be in working order. Leasing people were very helpful.

I feel like I have to give at least 3/5 since I have been here for 8 years. I will say the Staff Tries. They really do. ... But OTHER THAN THAT... I am out this year. Rent is extremely to high. You have to pay for " hot water" and amenities that we really don't have. I can't afford to live here any longer and the neighborhood has gotten horrible. Apartment Fires/ Shootings. Gangs in the laundry room... It is time to go.

The staff are wonderful. Amber is fantastic and is always willing to help. Maintenance staff are all nice and professional. The only problem is that the wall are thin and you can your neighbors above you.

Been here for a little over a year and although some things like the washer/dryers will break a lot they usually will try to fix it as quick as possible and it’s been somewhat safe to live around here and they do a decent job keeping the complex clean

Only 2 bad things 1. Neighbors in my building are disrespectful and loud. 2. The maintenance or whoever is hired to fix these apartments did a horrible job. The paint job is sloppy, they got paint on the floors, the bedroom doors and the front door is put on crooked, and the mail box was also installed wrong so I can’t even get into my mailbox. BUT other than those things I like it here. No one bothers each other and everyone is nice and friendly. Amber that works in the rental office is amazing!

wonderful neighbors, a nice environment for the cost of living. isn’t a 10/10, but it’s got character that makes it great. the people are all so friendly and it’s in a very convenient spot if you don’t have access to transportation

Glen Mar properties is conveniently located and affordable. Jamie and amber are really nice. They have been very helpful with the move in process and always ready to answer questions. The gym is pretty good as well.
Not perfect but very very nice. Quiet and clean neighborhood, but washer and dryer amenities could be better but it’s still good that they offer it.
Overall, I like it here. The Glen Mar team are nice and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly to your request and Amber (leasing) is fantastic. She's very helpful and always so nice.

Buildings are kept clean, The grounds are kept up and the entire area looks pleasant. The office is neat and inviting, and the staff always acknowledges you.
I think the amenities at Glen Mar could be improved upon or fixed up, only some of them are working. It is hard to keep up with people or children that like to break things. Overall I think Morgan Properties CARES about their communities and I am great full to live in such a community.

Overall it’s been friendly experience and anytime there seems to be a problem they seem to handle it and fix it in a timely manner. And I appreciate that the employees are efficient to acknowledge and fix the situation around the apartment complex.

The staff are wonderful. We have had some ups and downs with plumbing issues. We also have extremely loud and disrespectful neighbors. Even with numerous complaints, nothing has been done.
