Glen Forest Apartments

There is humidity everywhere, the neighbors are very noisy, there is no parking and we ended up leaving. They did not return the deposit because they charge you even for the humidity on the walls. In the end, they rob you.

Having a nice and safe place to stay is what we experienced at Glen Forest Apartments. We love all their amenities. Friendly and professional staffs with the lead of their property manager Celina. Everything we are looking for an apartments we found it here. Highly recommended!

Finding the right place for your family is one of the hardest decision to do. But when we heard about Glen Forest Apartments, we went ahead and give it a try and it is one of the best decision we had for our family. Having a nice and homey place to stay is what we are looking for and that’s what Glen Forest gave us. All thanks to their property manager Celina who helped us throughout the whole process of getting our place. She is very friendly and approachable. Highly recommended property!

We moved in 5 years ago and we met the office staff, and their amazing team Ms. Celina and Ms. Cecelia in the office who are always been there attending from the beginning until the end with our apartment transition that went smoothly and have taken care of us with our property needs. We are pleased and satisfied to have lived here in the property.

I moved in 20 yrs ago... I really like this place and will never move out. My place is in good condition and when I ask for maintenance they are quick to respond. Its a good neighborhood with good neighboors and good management.

The staff is very professional and attentive to our questions and concerns in specific Cecilia and the manager Celina. I was really pleased with how smooth and quickly the application process went.

I love living here, it’s quiet, it’s a nice size apartment, convenient walking distance from a liquor store, some fast food restaurants and many other places. The ladies in the leasing office are nice and the maintenance people as well! Although I will say that after living here for a couple years now, it’s expensive to do laundry due to only accepting $20 to deposit into the laundry card. I rather go to a laundry mat for only $10 or less. I also I have a roach problem here and it’s not easy to get rid of. Also, never park on the street. My tires were slashed, windows have been cracked, and people will hit your car a lot. Most tenants here fight for a certain parking spot so be carful. Other than that, it’s a nice place to live in.

I moved in recently and I was assisted by the amazing team. I met with Mitsu, Celina and Cecilia. The community is clean and quiet, loving it so far!

I have lived here for around 10 years and I really appreciate Celina the apartment manager. If I have ever had a question or issue Celina has always dealt with it quickly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is resolved. She is always very professional and kind.

Nice family community. Wonderful recreation room and workout area. The pools are clean and clear.

I just recently moved here and I really like it. The place is quiet, clean, and everyone’s friendly. The staff (Cecilia, Celina, and Crystal) have been extremely helpful in my family’s adjustment/moving period. Cecilia was my leasing agent, she was very enthusiastic and knowledgable about the property. They helped me with all my concerns and inquiries. I recommend this place!

I was in search of a one-bedroom apartment in a new development, and they guided me every step of the way with exceptional service. They took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget, and showed me several options that matched my criteria. As for the apartment itself, it is everything I could have asked for and more. It's brand new, spacious, and beautifully designed. My family and I have been living here for 21 years, we don't have any plans on moving out because this is a very comfortable place to call home, very clean and well maintained community. Everything we need maintenance they are always prioritizing their tenants and making sure our units are well taken care of. Celina is on top of everything as Manger of the property. The staff in the leasing office is very nice and welcoming, Crystal and Cecilia have always been a great help and they are always in a positive mood and very professional. All of the maintenance especially Carlos are very knowledgeable proffesional experts in fixing our units.

It was the easiest decision we made as a family to move here. The Glen Forest apartments is centrally located, and is accessible to common places you would normally visit. The area is safe and it belongs to a good school district which is a big factor for us. The staff are amazing. Celina and Crystal are very friendly, they made sure to answer all our queries which finally sealed the deal and made us decide to stay and make Glen Forest our new home.

Nice Place To Live   I have been a resident here at Glen Forest for 10 years and the apartment complex just keep getting better. We have good maintenance service 24/7, good security, gated community and affordable rent. The Glen Forest Staff were amazing especially the manager (Celina) has been always there for us. The landscaping are well kept. Neighbors are nice and respects privacy. The apartment complex are well kept.

I moved to Glen Forest 6 years ago and have been very happy living here. Celina the manager and her staff have been genuinely cordial and accommodating. The complex is well kept especially the landscaping is well manicured. The whole maintenance staff are very skilled and most importantly they care for the residents.

I was looking for a new place to live in and Celina did a great job in showing me around. She made me feel welcomed in the community. She also familiarized me about the area. What’s around, nice food places, areas to explore, etc. The area is safe and very clean. I would definitely recommend her services in the future.

Been living in this apartment for almost three years now and I have to say that they have amazing staff because of their amazing Manager. She is always very friendly and ready to assist. Every time there is an issue, they are right there at your doorstep ready to help. Staff are so friendly and after they are done, they clean up after like nothing happened. The neighborhood also is very quiet and tenants are friendly as well.

We have been living here for the past 13 years and we never had any issues. The Glen Forest apartments is centrally located, you're never more than a short drive to popular theme parks, shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, good school district etc. but the main reason why we've been here that long are the amazing staff that goes above and beyond their respective job description. Celina, Crystal and Cecilia are always there to attend to your service request etc. They're very accommodating, attentive and friendly and so are the maintenance staff. Glen Forest Apartments is the perfect place to stay while you're waiting to have your very own forever home.

My family and I have been living in this apartment complex for 3 years already. Our unit so far is great and the environment is quiet and well maintained. The staff are all nice and easily approachable. From the leasing office staffs - Crystal, Cecilia and most especially Celina - are all very helpful and really friendly. Every time I need help or there are issues in our unit that needs to be attended, they responds very quickly and sends maintenance as soon as possible. All the maintenance staff as well, especially Carlos, is very helpful and always makes a job well done every time there are issues. They are all very friendly and helpful.

The truly exceptional customer service that I receive from Edith and Celina time after time is truly unmatched. I feel just as valued now as I did 5 years ago when I came in for my first tour. The prices here are great, the on-site maintenance is super convenient and the stellar customer service is undoubtedly the cherry on top.

My friend referred me to these apartments and I am very glad she did. First Celina helped me make an appointment very easily to come in for a tour. When we arrived Edith, took the time to show us an apartment and answered all our questions confidently and professionally. At the end of our tour it was hard to think of anything she missed as she gave the most detailed and informative tour I have ever taken. I had to return the next day to apply but I had the pleasure to work with Gloria who was equally as professional and kind as her colleagues. The application process is very straightforward. We are very much looking forward to our stay here!

Truly impressed with my experience with this particular apartment community. I received a lightning fast email response from Edith and as I continued to reply I would get quick responses which really made you feel valued. I was able to schedule and confirm a tour for the next day. I was thrilled at the opportunity to actually take a tour on the weekend as I was finding more and more places closed. Celina helped show me around and long story short, I loved the community and service received so much that I decided to apply without taking a look at other communities. It’s been a little hard to find apartments recently. I was pleasantly surprised that Glen Forest was still giving in person tours. I reached out to them through email to get more information. I was able to make an appointment over the phone with Celina and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly she was. I arrived for my tour and was helped by Edith. I have never had a tour with someone as professional, attentive and informative as she was. She took the time to make sure she listened to all my needs and really made me feel welcome. At the end of my tour it was easy for me to decide that Glen Forest would be my next home. I still have a couple months left on my current lease but I’m glad a found this gem early on so that when it is time to move from my current place, I can just come back to ready to apply.

Moving during this global pandemic was a pretty scary thing to think about. My fear was that I was going to have trouble finding a place to move to once my current lease was up. I was very impressed at how easy the process of moving into this apartment community was from start to finish. The email reply from Edith was quick and welcoming, the tour from Celina was great and the application process with Gloria was quick and easy. Overall couldn't have asked for a better apartment searching experience.

The apartments here are very spacious and the rent at a good price. They have laundries in each building which is very convenient. I also really like that the garages are automatic and that they are not far from the apartments. The girls in the office especially Edith and Celina always treat you well and are very professional.

Community conveniently located to everything you need. Landscaping always immaculate. Staff always friendly and professional. Edith and Celina always take care of your needs. Maintenance personnel do the same.

Family and pet friendly community. Been here a couple of months and things are still running as smoothly as when my family and I first moved in. Celina, Martha and Edith are always welcoming and happy to help anytime i stop by the office. One thing that I find super convenient is the online rent pay. Super quick and easy. Highly recommend you take the time to stop by if you are looking for your next place to call home.

Yes , the staff is nice and the maintenance guys are on the ball when it comes to fixing things. The big problem is that you sign a contract and you up hold your end , but they don't uphold theirs. Every day some one comes around blowing a horn to sell you some kind of crap. They come right into your quad area and they don't live there. Its that easy to get in. They have a no soliciting policy that they do not uphold on their end of the contract. They have kids riding their skateboards and razors threw the quad area making noise. They have a policy against that too but do not uphold there end to stop it. Loud noises from parties are against policy too but when you tell them what was going on they don't take care of it , they leave it on your door for you to deal with. They keep raising the rent without any real adjustments to the property .And during football season the High school is loud and annoying as there is no sound barrier between the apartments and the school , and dont forget the drug addicts and wanna be gang members that hang out in the ally way behind the apartments, graffitti and trash from the homeless spread every where in the ally. Not enough light at night makes that ally a dangerous spot with those people are back there. Its a simple task to put up lighting back there but they have a problem spending money on the serious things. but they will paint and repaint the same thing evry other month even when it doesnt need to be done. (thats important)Dont forget about how every one lets the homeless people in the gate so they can go threw the dumpsters and throw the trash every where while looking for 1 plastic bottle. THAT IS TRESPASSING and thats against their policy too but again they dont do anything to stop it.

I saw this place and was excited to get more information about touring and even considering moving here. As soon as the lady answered i could barely hear her. And when I kindly asked more information about the process of moving in she just says uhm who is this? Like I’ve never called before so of course you aren’t going to know me. Defiantly going to look at other places I don’t have time for random questions making me second guess calling in the first place.
