I really do love the area and how peaceful it is and the benefits gained from being a resident, I was just disappointed by the mold and caved in cabinets and the microwave left on the patio and other flaws that are just eye sores. The apartment was very dirty upon move in. I understand a little dust here and there, but the ceiling was horrible and each and every cabinet had residue from the previous resident. I really think that maintenance should be a priority before a move in date. Regardless, I am appreciative to have a roof above my head and a safe home.
Love the space. Just wish the ac was pushing more kool air and least another vent for the living room would be nice. Overall good place. If u need a place this would be the place

Razor blades on floor, pigeons all over, bird poop everywhere. Some outlets aren’t working, dryer doesn’t work well. Balcony smells like animal urine. Move in process was quick! Staff was great.

We made a mistake and parked in the wrong assigned spot. The person who's spot was did place a not on window of my car but still had it towed the same day.. I get it,it's your spot.. but instead of waiting a day they cost me 360 dollars that I don't have. It was an accident... the only people whom should be able to call a tow truck should be the people in the leasing office.. that way they can send a mass text or email and give a person a chance to rectify.

EVERY year I move, and every place I've been to has their fair share of ill-mannered residents, out of control kids, yappy dogs / feral cats, and loud vehicles .. My expereince at the Glen has been slightly better than the last place, and for this,... I might actually stay for a 2nd year :-)

I absolutely love the layout of the apartment and the community seems nice. I only have one really big issue and, that is there is NO HOT WATER and the water pressure sucks. I'm absolutely blown away that no one or rather multiple people haven't complained enough that something could be done about this. Winter is now coming upon us and cold showers isn't something I'm looking forward to. Let's all band together for HOT WATER.
I seen other apartments in our area. And I can tell you this Glen @ mesa are big floor plans. We enjoy the space, also enjoy how the complex celebrations holidays and help win dmsome prizes for rent. I like glen @ mesa.

I have only been here a little over a month and so far living here has been nice. I feel comfortable, all neighbors are friendly. Response time for Office Admin. and maintenance has been quick, which is a plus for me. There is always extra parking which is another plus for me. Been in apartment complexes where there would be no extra parking at all for your guest. Haven't lived in a apartment community in a long time but happy I have chosen Glen at Mesa for my home.

I love the apartment it’s so cute and the layout is awesome. I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately the office staff can be rude and I’ve heard this from multiple residents so I know it’s not just me. But overall 9/10 would recommend.

Love the area. Had a few problems with apt like garbage disposal and we moved in on the weekend so nobody was available for maintenance but they came the following Monday and fixed. They are pretty fast with communication and getting things done
Since a new manager has came in seems like things are changing for the better. There still improvement that should be made like the fire pit and hot tubs and brick wall that fell down but they have made efforts to fix other things around the property and have more activities happening for the residents.
We just moved here hit so far the apartment is really nice and so are the neighbors it’s a nice quiet community and we also love the little park.

All I can say is this place needs to actually get the amenities working. Hot tubs haven’t worked in years. Staff for the most part are friendly but when you rent a place based on location and what it has to offer it’s a bummer when you can’t use them
Love the apt layout, the 2 patios are ideal, and everyone has been friendly & helpful. I would recommend living here. It's peacefull, a lovely community & dog friendly. Love the little dog park. More trees & bushes are needed. But it's great place to let your dog off leash.

Since we’ve been here the apartment complex has been trying to upgrade all kinds of things. A big thing is they fixed the gate, so now it closes and opens at certain a times which helps the place feel safer! The office staff is really nice, they’ve been striving towards creating a good community and they’ve been putting on many events! It’s fun, not a lot of apartment complexes do that! The apartments themselves are HUGE and they are reasonably priced for how big they are! The only thing is if you are looking for somewhere that has a lot of amenities, probably not the place for you. Don’t get me wrong they have 4 pools and 3 jacuzzis and a fire pit, but I wouldn’t say their gym is the best, a lot of equipment is broken, and it smells odd in there (different from normal gym smell) but recently it has been closed so maybe they’re trying to fix it! Also, I know some people look for a community center for hosting parties and I don’t think we have one! But I have loved living here! :)

Needs to be cleaner and walls are not very sound proof. Bed bugs, termites, roaches, spiders, and pigeon poop everywhere. Staff blamed us for the bed bugs when we had just moved in so we interviewed the whole complex and they've had bed bugs for years.

The apartment complex is nice,the staff and maintenance cree are great. The major and only real problem we have is people not picking up after their dogs...I believe the office staff Really need to get out and walk the grounds to truly understand the nature of this problem. It's embarrassing to even invite friends because you don't want them to see all the dog crap. It takes away the beauty of the complex.

Honestly the office lacks and the community isn't well taken care of the dog park is gross and has dead grass which I think attracts bugs the front where the office is nice but the back they don't care About you and maintenance is lacking

Such a beautiful home and place to live! If you like a quiet and calm neighborhood definitely a place to live. I’m glad we got new management she is definitely getting stuff fixed and done very fast.

This place is quiet, neighbor AND pet friendly, well maintenance, close to freeway access, and continues to hold community events. I am grateful. I decided to put in the application for myself and my significant other as well as our pets. We couldn't have found a better place to call home!

So far so good , can’t complain . It was a fast process to get in . The people were nice . The place is spacious the community it’s nice the scenery beautiful can’t complain, there is a lot of pigeons.

Moved in two days ago.., all fine, so far.., management has been good and extremely helpful.., neighbor's I have met have been friendly and very respectful.., good choice to live here..,
Over all a great place to live. Move in day was Hell, but the staff made it right. If your looking for decent price and quiet this is the place to move.
So far it’s been really nice, its quiet and peaceful which is wonderful however we were told the gate would be fixed and it’s been 2-3 months and it’s till broken other than that its quite nice
I love living here. Everyone is friendly for the most part and the community is very peaceful. I saw this property a while back (2018) and thought it was so cute. It had like a nautical feel and I loved that. I said I would live here one day and I'm so glad I kept my word.
Spacious apartment. Needs work or improve outside boards needs to be replace on balconies. Cabinets doors is not matching. Maintenance(some) half does their jobs
Decently sized apartments with management focused on their residents. Amenities are nice. Ability to pay deposit throughout the lease term.
This will be our last year here as we need more space, but overall this place has been pretty decent. Rent increases aren’t unreasonable and there was some really bad management, but those people no longer work for the company and it’s actually got a lot better. The new community out reach they do with meet and greets, cookouts, and maintenance app assistance is so much better. 4 stars cause there is always room for improvement and they do need to improve in some areas, but the overall experience has been good!
Upstairs neighbors play load music you can here in your living room. Lots of pigeon, grass dead or dieing trees also. But liked it when we first moved In but seem like the management is not taken care of the area.
The office ladies are amazing they are more than willing to help you with whatever you need. It's a great community everyone keeps to themselves and clean neighbors.
On the whole we are happy living here. There's a slight delay in maintenance but it's a large property so that makes sense to me. Staff have been helpful and kind.
Reported a poorly repaired patio door, haven't gotten an actual fix in almost a month now. Lied to by the front office several times. I only like the apartment layout and size itself.
