Property Ratings at Georgian Manor
I was there couple weeks ago and looked for a 2 bedrooms apartment. They told me to apply and deposit to keep the spot. I asked them if I could move in before March 11 and they said yes. They were so nice before they receive the deposit then they never answer the emails. Last week, I came and asked if I could move in and they said before March 11. Today I came and they said they not approved my applycation. I deposited and wrote my applycations about a month but they still never give me a call or answer my emails. Unprofessional and never ready to help. I wish I could give 0 star!

There are roaches and management does not care to help. They relocate someone into our building and since we have been living with roaches. Management can care less because if we leave, they will just move someone else in. So, why would they care how I feel about living with bugs?
