Gorgeous complex. It feels luxury from the outside, aside from the busted playgeound that seems to be constantly vandalized :(. Cant wait to see that fixed up! Office staff is friendly and easy to work with. Matience does sometimes take a bit, but with such a large complex, that's not unheard of. Over all we love it here and there are only a couple complaints. One being the laundry prices rising. Had I realized how much I was going to be spending on laundry, I would have just paid extra for a unit with in-unit laundry. I'm not sure if GT controls those prices or the company that actually owns the laundry machines, but the constant increases are straining. The other would be that the water gets turned off for our building A LOT. We are completely understanding of repairs, but it is frequent, and often without notice. Starting a load of laundry and then having the water shut off is a bit unacceptable. All in all, we love GT and have had a great experience here.

Absolutely love, living here, is quiet my apartment was recently renovated Best place to live in Fenton Michigan. I have a beautiful view of the Shiawassee River, I see, dear all the time, and the sounds of the birds are incredible.

The main reason for this low rating is maintenance. We’ve lived here for years and have fought to get issues taken care of. Our bathroom had lots of MOLD and we had to make several requests before it was dealt with. It took over a year, a health HAZARD! That’s unacceptable. There were several other issues that came up and it would take months and several reminders before being fixed. If the issue will take more than 20 minutes, maintenance will ignore it. Along with that, the AC barely works if you’re on the 3rd floor. You’ll have the AC as low as it goes and your apartment will still be 78 degrees. The apartments are big and after the recent renovations they’re nicer, but with the rent they charge here you’re better off going somewhere else.

Maintenance requests go unfulfilled for years, really any request goes ages without a response. You email, call, visit in person, and nothing happens.

Overall I like living here. Biggest downside is that maintenance is super slow about fixing things unless it’s deemed “important” like heating or ac. I am also unhappy with how long construction is taking, as my building has been left without carpet for a month now.

I really enjoy staying in this complex. The office staff are really helpful and welcoming. Excited for the upgrades, I really like the location it’s close to work.

Have not had any issue personally. Everyone has been nice here. The only issues I have with other residents is not cleaning up after their pets . That's so disgusting and disrespectful for the people that do clean up after pets . One other issue is the laundry room . I had to start going to laundry matt because I got sick of having people leave clothes in dryer for hours and just leaving things dirty. I would clean and disinfect every time I do laundry. Pet hair food just dirty. It's not that hard to wipe things down for the next person. I don't understand I was always taught to clean up after yourself . It's sad so many people today don't care and are so inconsiderate of others . I don't like to complain but these issues need to be addressed. I have been here 5 years now there are new owners . It looks like they are trying to fix things up on the outside . Let's see if I get the my issues taken care of inside my apartment. Everything needs work after 5 years paint carpet shower tub

Very clean grounds, apartment was clean and freshly painted when we moved in, friendly and helpful people in the leasing office. Looking forward to the renovations they are doing to the buildings!

Quiet, for being close to 75. Good walks for summer. Office staff were professional and very accommodating. The moving process was super easy. Very close to downtown Fenton.

The apartments themselves are not in best condition. However I can see the attempt (currently renovation) by newer management. Matinenece has had a huge overhaul defiantly noticeable

I’ve been moved in for 3 days now and also lived here 15 years ago. I enjoy living here. Staff is great and are always on top of things. Never had any problems with any part of the staff. From the office all the way to maintenance. The grounds always look great.

The leasing office has been super accommodating and helped us get the layout we wanted. Good location and nice apartments. The good outweighs the bad from what we have seen so far

I am really impressed to see how quickly the new owners are moving to restore the complex to it's original quality. It's gone downhill under the last owners.

I love the renovations recently done to my apartment. I love living here. I feel at peace here. I came from a loud busy small town, here it’s quiet and inspiring, watching wild animals, and listening to the birds. The people who work here are awesome, it’s great!

The improvements in the community are greatly appreciated. The new carpet and paint in the common area of the building looks wonderful. I appreciate the investment.

It's been great so far; have been pretty quick at responding work orders. Don't really have anything to complain about. They have been great about communication with all the construction.

So far it has been amazing. I love the remodel they did before i moved in and it feels very safe and comfortable to live in these apartments.

Quality staff. Had a couple move in problems but so far so good . Staff seems to have a good understanding on how to properly manage a complex .

For the most part I've really enjoyed my stay here. When I have questions the office is always available and I enjoy the updates through emails. The facilities are well kempt and even though it may be a bit hectic now with the construction I know this will we totally worth it for the finished product.

Office staff is great, always polite and ready to assist in any way. No issues in the last 2 years. I love the way the apartments are offset from each other, I never hear my neighbors.

I love my place and my community, I have met some great neighbors, and we communicate well. I have been bike riding and walking with some and hope to do it again this summer

Good place to live and a convenient location. Newly bought by another new company that is painting all the hallways and adding new carpet and just generally improving the complex.

Buildings aren’t kept up. Laundry room is dirty always waste basket flowing Omer. Garbage all over community. Club house staff doesn’t care especially maintenance staff always sitting and playing on there phones while community is falling apart fast.

Been living here for 5 months now. Friendly staff and always on top of helping the community haven't had any issues since I moved in 5 out of 5 star apartments

Georgetown is extremely affordable for the quality of the apartments. The maintenance team is always efficient in completing your requests and the front office can be easily contacted. The complex is a great location as well.

Love the area and being close to everything! The apartments are pretty spacious. Could use some updates which they are implementing soon. Can't wait for the refresh!

Lots of people don’t pick up their dog poop and it’s disgusting. Lots of people go very fast around the corners of the road, makes it super scary to walk on or even drive on because you won’t know if they will see you or not. Neighbors are pretty much quiet, you don’t really hear them.

Excited for lease to be up. Can't wait to not live under constant screaming and stomping, running etc etc.. that never seems to stop no matter how many phone calls or emails to office.

Good place to live. Very friendly environment and have never had an issue. The maintenance is very helpful and responds in a timely manner. I recommend living here as it is a great atmosphere for families or yourself.

It's amazing. Everyone is VERY helpful and friendly. I know if there is anything I need they will provide me. They keep up well on the lawn, cleaning the carpets in the building from the salt from winter, the sidewalks stay cleaned. I'm VERY happy to be here. Thanks to all they do!!

Super nice staff, good apartments, easy online payments as well. Highly recommend. They also work with your situation to do their best to approve you.

I like the new management company and look forward to our apartments being upgraded. I lived in a condo before this and these apartments are more soundproof then the condo I had. I still hear noise above me but neighbors on the side, not so much.

too much money for not the best apartments, always adding on fees to pay rent, office staff is not very helpful, kitchen appliances and counters aren’t very nice and falling apart

The leasing office staff are so sweet and helpful! The process of scheduling tours, applying and moving-in was so smooth and easy. Within 2 weeks we had the keys and were moving into our new apartment! The move-in costs were also super affordable and the apartments have great amenities. The community is very peaceful and friendly. Everything has been absolutely wonderful so far!

Recent move in, so far so good, office staff have been great to work with, and maintenance has responded quickly to concerns and are polite. The 24 hour live contact is also a bonus. 1 star reduction only due to when first using shower and pulling tab for it the tub paint cracked around the faucet.

I love this place just wish maintenance people would be on the top of things takes up to two weeks to get it something fixed but other than that place is quite and close to everything

Just moved in and it’s perfect we love it! So far we have met some nice people we are excited to be apart of this community and we’re hoping for nothing but the best!

My favorite part about moving in here was how responsive and friendly the staff is. Any issues or concerns have been handled promptly and professionally. The community itself is actually quite beautiful!

absolutely enjoy Living here, we have a new corporate owner, who is doing all kinds of upgrades, which are fantastic. Can’t wait to see what they’re going to do next.

Would be a nice place if I could sleep at night. Noise noise complaints apparently don't matter here. I've complained about my upstairs neighbors stomping around past midnight at least 15 times. Half the time I have to go to my girlfriend's house to sleep so I don't loose my mind from sleep deprivation. At this point I've given up and decided it's best to move. Good luck to the next person that has to deal these people. Doubt they'll put up with it either.

Beautiful place to live with friendly and helpful office staff. Matience can take a little time due to the large size of the complex, but matience men are kind and get the job done once they get to you.

I am a new resident and I had such a wonderful experience with everything from the tour to the actual move in process. Tina and the other ladies in the leasing office are so helpful and my new apt is beautiful ?? I'm really blessed to be able to say I'm home.

The Maintenance department has been very prompt, thorough and friendly. The office staff has also been very helpful, friendly, and supportive.

Let's start from the beginning when we were told we had an apartment with a patio but told we couldn't be shown the apartment only to discover we actually were in a unit with no balcony. Then we were told that we had to do our security deposit with rino only to find out later if you do it that way you have to put down a new security deposit every year with no return. Then their were maintenance issues we had flooding in our dining room floor for about a month and a half before someone could make it out our apartment reeked of mold and mildew for the longest time. And to top it all off my neighbors got a new dog that they lock up in their master bedroom while I'm trying to sleep and let it bark for hours on end... My dryer knocks with uneven feet and the thing is so old it runs with the door open, a closet door had a loose bracket and came off smacking my partner in the head. Not worth paying almost 500 more then it would be to just get a mortgage and pay that off every month for what?

I’ve only been here a year. I do have to say the new ownership seems to be getting things done a lot faster so I feel like maybe give it another year and maybe my stars would go up. But I feel like the last management company just didn’t care.

A lot of work needs to be done on property, Car ports that have been wrecked for months, one for at least a year. Garbage dumpster area gates damaged and won't close, always being left open. Halls(open breeze way area apartments) Never cleaned(Used to clean once a month, thats 4 years ago). People using car ports as storage and junk area.

I like living here, always so attentive. The leasing office always very friendly and helpful. I like how close it’s to the highway, grocery stores.

For the most part it’s been a perfectly adequate place to live. My biggest complaint is the dated cabinetry counters which are absolutely not food safe in my opinion and horrible upkeep by maintenance. I understand there are many apartments to deal with however if they put time money and effort into maintaining the apartments and reducing the water damage in apartments and just being proactive in that regard it would receive a higher rating from me. Putting maintenance requests in have been nightmares for me in the past I went 2 months one time with a broken washer and dryer and broken bathroom sink. My hot water heater exploded on Christmas Eve one year and it took them 2 days to address it.

We have had our ups and downs. However this community is quiet and I’d like to stay until I purchase a home. The rent is steep but doable. I’ve been behind a few times and they’ve been pretty understanding and patient while I got it together
