The maintenance staff have been amazing. Any issues with my apartment have been taken care of in a timely manner. Leasing office has also answered any questions I’ve had and taken care of them to the best of their abilities.
It’s been awesome to live here, maintenance comes quick when submitting requests, the office answered the phones most of the time and get back quick to your emails!

Love it here. It’s quiet and cozy, lots of privacy. Love the dog park, there is so much land to walk my dog as well. Have met a couple neighbors all of which have been super nice!

For the most part, I like living here. Lived here about 15 years ago and moved back. The only problem I have is some people don’t clean up after their dog. When spring comes, it’s going to be fun having my window open.

It once took a year to get my shower fixed. Maintenance took my door to be repaired and I haven't seen it in 141 days. Asked maintenance to fix the vent in my bedroom, they wound up breaking it and told me the job was done. Our back door is cobbled together with pieces of particle board "sealed" with metallic tape. It takes months to get any repairs done.

Hi William! Unfortunately, when one of your previous roommates broke the pocket door the parts to attempt a repair were difficult to locate due to the age of the door. The vent cover is now in stock, however the staff has been busy with emergencies, and we hope to have it completed by the end of the week. The back door that you reference was an exterior hallway door that someone broke and had to be ordered and installed by a contractor. This has been completed along with several other exterior doors throughout the community. I have no history of a shower issue under the new ownership.
Overall happy but maintenance can be slow and dog owners let their dogs bark too much which can be really frustrating. But it’s still a nice place to live

Hi Matt! Yes, it seems we've tried everything to remedy this for you--replacing windows/sliding glass doors; replacing flashing; replacing deck boards--seems to be fine for a bit and then happens again.... but I do believe we may have it now! The vendor will be back out next week to address the drywall for you since they were unable to get back into your apartment yesterday.
The dog poop pick up has gotten a little bit better but still not fully fixed. On top of that it’s a big pain to get maintenance to come work on the things you need fixed.

Great so far! There is a ton of space. Updated appliances are a giant perk. I lived in a different apartment in Fenton for a long time and after one day living here I’m genuinely mad that I didn’t move here sooner. Everyone in the office are super nice and helpful and make the move-in process simple and they also reply to emails/calls immediately.

I really enjoy living here. They are so kind and respectful, the neighbors are a mixed bag but most of them super friendly! I just wish we had more parking for our building. There is always like no spots to park; even handicap; which I can use since I have arthritis. Its not fair to pay the price I do and have to walk almost 300 feet because we skimped on parking.

Service requests take forever and the office doesnt really care to fix them as we have 2 bedrooms. We have mold and we see price increases in rent each time as the apartments get worse not better..

I love living here. I have met a few people that are really nice. I love the wild animals but they always come at a time where I don't have my phone ready to take pics. It's hard to try to get them through a screen, but I love this. I love being able to be myself, that's why I created my little English Garden, but it's been so HOT there's not a lot of time to stay out there. But it doesn't change how happy I am to be here.

I do enjoy it here, it quiet, they allow dogs. Neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. They just recently renovated kitchens and bathrooms. It’s got a lot of nature and deer that come close which is awesome. It also very close to all of Fenton for shopping.

Place is spacious but the balcony and screen door to balcony are dirty as well as the windows. The garbage disposal is not working too. I preferred a it floor apartment but there was not one available at the time I moved in

Since me and my husband staying here the staff and the resident have been really friendly to us. I recommend this apartment complex. Anybody looking for a new home is very quiet here. , the staff is very friendly and the community is friendly and there's no problems here. I feel safe where I live. If I have any questions about my apartment or anything, need to be done. They schedule appointment and the maintenance good job taking care of the problem great exercise room nice pool and good walking distance to stores and restaurants for great food. Thanks georgetown for a beautiful apartment.

I’ve been a neighbor here for quite a few years, that alone should speak for itself! minor maintenance issues but always addressed quickly for me.. close to work and family, overall quiet area to live. I personally have never had any problems living at Georgetown, I think communication with the leasing office is key, they have always been so helpful and kind to me and vice versa.. and I still like living here ??

Just moved in, apartment needs some things fixed but the area seems great, neighbors are nice, some noise and loud walkers upstairs, some cars go too fast in the parking areas, overall we're happy to be here!

Horrible experience. Save yourself any trouble and leave as soon as possible. They don’t care about you or your family, wellbeing. Only thing they give af about if that check clears. Mold and mildew issues throughout. New maintenance men are lazy nasty as*holes.

Gorgeous complex. It feels luxury from the outside, aside from the busted playgeound that seems to be constantly vandalized :(. Cant wait to see that fixed up! Office staff is friendly and easy to work with. Matience does sometimes take a bit, but with such a large complex, that's not unheard of. Over all we love it here and there are only a couple complaints. One being the laundry prices rising. Had I realized how much I was going to be spending on laundry, I would have just paid extra for a unit with in-unit laundry. I'm not sure if GT controls those prices or the company that actually owns the laundry machines, but the constant increases are straining. The other would be that the water gets turned off for our building A LOT. We are completely understanding of repairs, but it is frequent, and often without notice. Starting a load of laundry and then having the water shut off is a bit unacceptable. All in all, we love GT and have had a great experience here.

Absolutely love, living here, is quiet my apartment was recently renovated Best place to live in Fenton Michigan. I have a beautiful view of the Shiawassee River, I see, dear all the time, and the sounds of the birds are incredible.
