I love the building The traffic gets a little hectic but I like living here! I wish we could have more resident events. Also more security and or concierge overnights

GENERATION ATLANTA has no corporate office to get in contact with. Also as a resident with issues they could care less what you’re going through. I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to live here

Been here for 2 years. It’s been decent living here for the price, but now moving on now due to new job location. The location is perfect to walk to all Atlanta landmarks. Community is alright, but could be better in keeping the building clean.

Generation Atlanta is full of nice friendly people. Generation is managed by strong professional positive welcoming staff.

To be truthful, you don’t want me to be truthful. Being said, I’ll just leave it at that. There’s a lot needed to be fixed here at (Generation Atlanta), starting from the staff, all the way to the residents.

We absolutely LOVE it here at Generations. The vibe, style, and culture speaks to all that is ATL and allows for a peaceful, clean, and professional environment to live and thrive in. The management and maintenance teams are amazing and everyone in the building respects one another.

The process was seamless and took less than two days to complete. I’m very excited and happy to be moving into my new unit. I want to think the whole team and staff that participated in making this happen.

I have FLEAS! Showed proof!! Bombed my own unit. Cleaned it. Treated the fleas and was promised that my carpet would be CHANGED due to it clearly being infested with FLEAS and nothing has happened! I had to stay in a hotel as well due to the infestation of the unit because me and my babies were being bitten and nothing STILL had been done.

One of the better apartments, the office could communicate better and enforce guest parking rules more and actually tow cars they leave boots on and they sit there forever so there's less spots and enforce pool hours more.

Everything seems alright for me in my unit the first lease, by the time I renew my second lease there were many hiccups with management and the upkeep of this apartment. Good side: No bugs, no issue with electricity or water ( after 2 months of water pipe issues). The gym is my go to spot and the only place I go to and use the most. Mailroom has been better with security. No more stolen package. However, outside my unit, there’s always a weird smell on my floor. Someone is definitely smoking and is traveling through air vent and stink up my unit. I also have one neighbor with kids stomping and jumping above my unit at 2-3am, so it hasnt been good to sleep. My floor specifically had left their trash piling up and not down the trash chute. Otherwise my neighbors are okay. The elevator and the parking garage doors are the main complain due to its continuous fix just to break down in a few months. If u got the patience to get out of the building, is not bad living here.

My experience living here at Generation Atlanta has been a blessing

There needs to be some sense of urgency when the gates and elevators are broken as well as the bowling area and televisions other residents should understand that they have neighbors

After residing at Generation ATL for 4.5 years, I can say that my overall experience has been positive. While there was a brief period when a few questionable residents almost had me considering relocating, they just didn’t fit and clearly was short lived. I greatly value the sense of peace I’ve been able to enjoy here and appreciate the hard work put in by the front office staff—Mia, Cierra, and Onika—the assistant manager, Kameka, and the maintenance team. Their teamwork has played a significant role in making this community a better place to live.

I’ve been really enjoying my place so far…even though I’m new the view is immaculate and the amenities are to die for. I love how the security is on point as well

Generation Atlanta is a very welcoming community. I knew it was meant for me the moment that I walked into the building. I feel blessed to call it home!

The staff is so nice and well mannered! I toured these apartments and fell in love with how close this was to the city of Atlanta and the amenities that came with the apartment.

All the Generation's staff are all professional at all time and very courteous.

Amenities are nice but the bowling setup tends to be broken often. The freight elevator often has animal pee on it and smells like wet dog. Our apartment itself has been really nice. The appliances are nice, it was a spacious unit, we haven’t had any maintenance requests outside of the first week we moved in, water pressure is good, and the unit has really nice finishes. The courtesy officer is really nice and made a point to get to know us when we moved in. The leasing agents have generally been really nice to us and have been able to resolve any issues we bring up. I’m not in love with the mailroom system as it seemed that the front desk staff after hours and during business hours were not on the same page about where mail was supposed to go.mail carriers often had trouble accessing the mailroom and we lost quite a few packages during our time here.

It is relatively quiet, and everyone is respectful. The building is clean. The staff is helpful. It is in a good location and convenient to a lot of places.

I love this place. Amazing amenities and staff. Great views. Right in the city. Can't wait to stay here. Moving in soon. I'll update my review if anything changes.

Both maintenance and concierge work hard to take care of residents and visitors. I once had to look for a package and the concierge working gave a tour and then assisted another resident as well as myself. Great job team.

Generation has to step it up on the safety. Its not safe at all. We cant just depend on concierge. We need police here.

Great staff and beautiful property! I look forward to being apart of the community. The views are amazing all over. Conveniently located in the heart of the city.

I haven’t moved on yet, but I’m incredibly excited about the prospect of doing so. The staff was amazing and the amenities are amazing if your looking for a place your should definitely check it out

I find it to be relatively quiet and convenient to Downtown. The building is clean and I find the staff to be helpful when needed. The atmosphere is definitely pleasant and most of the residents are pleasant.

Amazing location to the city living, nice friendly environment,pet friendly community. A great place to call home. Eazy walking distance to Atlanta hot spots.

Generation Atl is home always from home.. gives you a good in the city living experience.

When things here are good, they're good. When things are bad, they're awful. But the staff always tries their best. Management and leasing staff are amazing. So is maintenance.

The apartment itself and the amenities have been really nice. The security guards have also been super nice. The things I don’t love are that the parking and mail systems are through different companies so getting support from management in setting it up and if you have any issues is difficult.

My resident experience has not gotten any better than my last review if anything it’s gotten worse! This community is definitely not good enough for me anymore and when my lease is up I am Trying my best to leave here.

Ive been living here at Generation Atlanta for a little over a year now, and it’s the best place Ive ever lease by far. The location is wonderful, and the maintenance is on top of their games fixing my issues. The staff work hard to maintain a clean and healthy environment!

My first luxury high rise and my expectations are exceeded. The amenities, maintenance and customer support is amazing! The communication from the leasing office is always straightforward and helpful

It's has been a unique experience living here. The issues with the water was a major inconvenience. The property is basically a overpriced extended stay hotel. Most of the people here are Airbnd renters.

Beautiful complex with a great location and amenities. They had no water on my floor for weeks at the time of my move in, which made the move in process difficult and disappointing. Management could have done more to compensate for it.

Living here for the past two years has been a amazing experience. The staff are wonderful and helpful and makes you feel happy to call this place home

I've never lived in a building with so many issues. Over 10 different mistakes with my bill. When I first moved in, management kept adding charges that were incorrect, including trying to tell me the 4 weeks free did not apply to 2 bedroom apartments. All billing issues were fixed, but it was very annoying to go down every month to get charges removed. Pelotons in gym have not worked for over 2 months. Subscriptions need to be renewed. We had horrible water pressure in the apartment for about 6 weeks. This made it difficult to do laundry, use the dishwasher, take a shower, among other things. Lack of security resulted in parties at the pool getting out of control. Many non-residents smoking, fighting, blasting music, and trashing the pool area. I live 10 floors above the pool and the noise was so loud I could not sleep. Elevators seem to break more often than normal and sometimes are not fixed for days at a time. Apartment often smells like weed.

My residential experience has been amazing so far , I honestly have no complaints. Tyler has been the best with making this process such a smooth transition for me.

Great place to live. Management staff openly communicate with tenants and the community amenities are fabulous not to mention the amenities within the units.

I’m currently relocating & stopped by for a tour. Devlon was extremely welcoming & gave me probably the best tour that I’ve had since being in Atl. I’m sold! Applying today!

I had an excellent tour of the beautiful apartments- they made me feel at home immediately.

First of all it's a nice to place to stay at sometimes .I just don't understand why make rules and the resident do no go by it.u go to the leasing office to complain and they claim that they going to do something and nothing ever happens. Like the pool area we only suppose to have 2 guests after the office close on the weekend that pool area is like a club out there we have security and they don't do anything they out there smoking ,drinking , loud music every weekend the same thing I hope not to renew my lease next year.

Tranquility and Peace that I have is amazing every Resident I’ve met has been kind and Friendly and Definitely great customer service from all of the office staff

The Generation Atlanta apartment complex presents an aesthetically pleasing facade; however, upon closer inspection, the interior falls short of expectations. While the initial base rent appears appealingly low, tenants encounter multiple additional fees that significantly inflate their overall rental expenses. In hindsight, armed with the knowledge of these hidden costs, the decision to lease within this establishment may have been reconsidered.

If I could give this a 10 star rating I would, let’s start out with Tyler he was remarkable I’ve viewed over 10 properties and out of the 10 he was definitely the WOW factor that helped me decide on this being my future new home. His energy was amazing he knew the property like the back of his hand and EVERYTHING I asked him he knew the answer to and was extremely confident. I wasn’t in the best mood before the tour but he definitely lifted my spirits without knowing . I loved the fact that there was refreshments inside the show apartments because now a lot of properties don’t have refreshments available during tours but the Generation did which was also another WOW factor for me. ALL the staff spoke to me and hand amazing energy. And the amenities were amazing I would go on for days about this property.

I have stayed at Generation Atlanta for the past year and couldn't be happier. Kamecka and Cecil have been amazing and made the leasing process easy. Their exceptional service sets this place apart. Highly recommend!

Pretty decent property. I’m moving to Atlanta and searched an entire week for apartments in downtown/ midtown vicinity. The only real downfall is every unit doesn’t have a balcony. The leasing guy Tyler was pretty cool and very knowledgeable about the property. Ultimately i decided on another apartment but definitely check This high rise out.
