Love their 24hour gym and rooftop. Office staff are always super nice and I’ve never had any issues. Rates are decent for the location being right by campus and the police department.
I just moved to Gather and absolutely love it! First of all, I feel super safe with their security system, security company at night & the gated parking lot. Overall, it is just safe. And the location is perfect for social ECU students! It is merely blocks from the bars and nightlife. It is also a short walk to ECU's main campus which means I don't have to buy a parking permit. Another part that I love is maintenance requests are finished quickly. The property is clean and beautiful inside. The leasing staff are so nice and make sure all residents are care for. Overall, I would recommend this property!
The people who work for this apartment complex are super friendly and very professional. The grounds are very clean and really nice amenities!

This place is amazing! Great amenities for the money, and a very accommodating staff. Kaylin was so helpful with getting our lease finalized, and even went the extra mile to meet our schedule availability. We had a few things that needed to be fixed, but the maintenance staff was on the job right away. The fitness center is super equipped.

We thought this place would be perfect as it looked so much nicer than some of the others so we were willing to pay more for the monthly amount. After my son moved in, tenant beware!!!!!! They placed him with a almost 30 year old man that wasn’t a college student that ended up stealing things from him and admitted to the office staff that he did. Instead of having repercussions for this, they wanted my son to try and work it out with him. When we stated, no it’s time for a new room, they charged US a transfer fee for moving on top of having to pay to replace all the stolen items even thought son didn’t steal anything nor did he pick this roommate. We also found out they had issues in the past with this same individual. Im beginning to think fees is where they make their money.
