I have lived at Gateway Lofts for almost 4 years. I searched all over the area, and it was the most affordable in comparison to other luxury style apartments. The staff is incredibly helpful, maintenance is wonderful, and it’s a quiet and safe community. I like the pool and Starbucks coffee machine. I love living right across from Quarry Trails, too!

I just resigned for a 5th year here! The complex is clean and well maintained. The office staff is phenomenal and maintenance requests are always completed within a day. The location is great, right next to the metro park which has nice walking paths.

Living here has been a complete nightmare. There’s constantly dog poop on the carpet and in the hallways!! Dog poop sat on the carpet for a week before being cleaned. The walls are thin and the neighbors above me do nothing but stomp 24/7. I complained about it serval times and nothing was done. Very Disgusting to let your dog poop in a hallway where you live and not pick it up. Inconsiderate neighbors constantly making up noise and stomping the ground in like they’re paid to do it, refusing to stop. I can’t wait to leave and regret every second ever signing a lease here !

Gateway has a great community and atmosphere that makes you feel at home. You are close to nearby Grandview Heights and Upper Arlington, both being nice areas of the city. I would recommend this apartment if someone was looking to move into the Columbus area.
