The train is noisy but overall the neighborhood is quiet. I feel like this was a good choice in apartments because of how close it is to campus.

The staff service was good and people at the leasing office were always eager to work with anyone's concerns and issues. However, they don't follow through inspections to know if an apartment is kept neat or not, before a new resident moves into an apartment where previous residents have continued living for a prolonged period of time.

The community is really great. We get to use swimming pool, study rooms, free coffee, a Volleyball court, and much more. The staff is super friendly

I just got into Gateway two days ago, I am settled in now. Maintenance helped me into my room at almost midnight which shows emergency service works well. A little mix-up on keys meant I needed new keys cut and this was done at no additional cost to me. Had a long flight so I am yet to fully participate In most of the community's activities like yesterday Thursday Soda meet. Gateway is a centrally located apartment. Emails to customer care works well with most times no need to visit the front office. I did visit the front office yesterday and I was promptly attended to. I've got some five months ahead to give a full picture but it has started well.

Just signed my lease here and everyone was so nice in this process. The apartment was really nice and the price here is really good too. After touring other places, this place seems the most sense because this place has all the amenities you would want, you’re close to campus, and the pricing isn’t ridiculous. I like that they also have major deals on their leases. I’m very excited to move here next fall.

Gateway at College Station has been a great place to live as a student. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and fully furnished, which made settling in so easy. The amenities are a big plus—having two pools, a fitness center, and study rooms on-site has been super convenient. Super nice and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, good location for buses, and consistently fun community engagement events. The only downside is that I’m right next to the train tracks so it can get super loud at times.

It's a good apartment! I have a 4x2, which is pretty spatious. The apartment volleyball court and pool is great. The fact that they have study rooms is also a great bonus. It is 5 minute drive away from HEB!

Generally has been OK so far. There has been some problems with insects such as mosquitos and roaches getting inside of the apartments. There has also been some issues with the water either being lukewarm or hot even when the cold setting on faucets have been turned on.

The apartment is overall okay. There are tons of roaches everywhere, and it is very dirty in the more difficult to access areas. Maintenance is lazy (often cleaning up issues rather than fixing them, therefore they keep happening). There was a broken pipe, and rather than fixing it, they instead mopped up the water/mold mixture and said "theres nothing I can do, just don't touch it", for an area in which we live in.

Nice apartment to stay, it's spacious, on bus route 36. Has several amenities, courteous staff. Nice maintenance team. Rooms are clean and equipped with necessary furniture.

The Gateway community puts on some fun events like the soda bar or volleyball games. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe, and the apartments themselves aren’t amazing but are relatively decent for the pricing.

The staff is nice but my apartment is really hot, it’s literally the only room in the entire apartment that the ac doenst touch, I don’t even know if it’s fixable or it’s just how it is

It is a nice place. It is clean and very organized. It is very cheap and very worth it. The buildings itself are a little old but the apartments are nice and clean.

Apartment came incredibly messy and broken. I understand that we moved in early but some of this mess was unreasonable. Paint left behind and dried on floors, dirty rags left on the fridge, hairs everywhere, etc. Drawers and cabinets would fully close, were splintered, and even broke at times. Kitchen sink would leak on arrival, AC had to be fixed recently, a lot of issues. Now that we've cleaned up it's alright but there's been so many issues.

minor roach infestation when we first moved in, the previous owners were quite dirty and did not care much for the place. everyone spent days cleaning in order to make this place somewhat sustainable

I like it but the walls are thin so you can hear the upstairs neighbors but other than that it has been pretty nice. Also my sink has problems draining but I put in a work order so it should be fixed.

Great experience moving in! Can’t believe it’s been a month already! Definitely a very welcoming staff at the front office and the notification mail to collect the delivered package is so on point! I’m glad I made the right choice by choosing gateway for my first ever apartment experience in USA.

The staff are always very friendly, I’ve had no issues with neighbors in the community either! Some people do need to pick up after their pets!

This is a very nice apartment. The staff is very nice and so is the maintenance. Overall, good experience. The only issue is that it may be old fashioned but not bad.

I’ve been a resident of this apartment complex for 2 years now and I’ve had no complaints! Excellent staff assistance and maintenance has always fixed any problems that I’ve had. The units are solid and affordable. Highly recommend!

The staff was hospitable, i got the furniture I was missing the same day thinking it would take a while, and the apartment was really clean when I got there. Lovely experience

Everything is great! Just one bedroom missing a desk, nightstand, and dresser but should be settled in no time. Also the internet is so goooood

It was ok. Great for the price. not the worst. Sometimes, they are mean but sometimes they are nice. Maintenance is wonderful and very nice.

Great quality for the price. However, the package pickup system here is one of the major downsides. Apartment hours are10am-5:30 pm on weekdays and the apartment has to log the delivery in their system. I’ve had delayed pickups due to delivered packages not being logged in the system by the apartment after 48-72 hours of Amazon notification. I’ve had packages not get delivered all together due to last minute changes in office hour times. Don’t get hellofresh delivered. If you are unable to pickup your package between the hours of 10am and 5:30 pm, you won’t be able to pick it up until the next morning at 10am (if they log your package in time to let you know it’s ready for pickup!) your food will spoil and you will waste your money. I have to pay extra in expedited shipping to account for the delay in apartment logging if I’m going for a trip. Sometimes that still doesn’t work because you have to rely on the apartment to log your package and send you the email notification in time.

The property is well-maintained. The employees I met on the grounds before move-in were friendly and helpful. The move-in process was amazingly efficient! All personnel were on the same page and knew exactly what they were doing and from what I overheard had the information you needed if you came ill-prepared.

We have renewed our lease for a second time because of this apartments convenient location to campus, grocery stories, and Kyle field. It is comfortable and affordable. Favorite amenity would have to be the study rooms and gym!
