Our car was broken into first night. Now that we’re moving, they’re squeezing money out of us. There’s a tiny clause buried in the lease that states the tenant must submit intent to move out at the end of the lease. Otherwise the lease will be automatically renewed. This is how subscriptions work. This is not how leases work. No apartments work this way. Why would someone comb through the lease for a clause like this? SOME effort should be made by the landlord to ASK if the lease will be renewed. We paid more each month SO THAT the lease would be short term. Yet here we are paying another month’s rent because this corporation has no intention of serving the people who live there and pay them.

this is a horrible property one or two good office workers rest are trash. if there's someone above you partying stomping they don't care and will tell you to move or upgrade to a more expensive apartment . yea I get its a buisness but they could show they care a little more I've left there now and DO NOT DEAL WITH STAR DINWIDDY SHE IS HORRIBLE.
