Holstein Property Management is proud to offer beautiful apartment homes in our Gateway Place Apartment Complex as well is it's nearby "sister" complex - Timber Trail/ Woodland Park Apartments. These two complexes share similar layouts with Woodland Park offering everything from 1 bed 1 bath with parking lot parking, to 3 bed 2 bath apartment homes with 2 car attached garages as well, just like Gateway Place! Gateway Place Apartments and Timber Trail Apartments, both feature one, two, and three bedroom apartments with a variety of floorplans. Rather than one large complex, these neighborhoods are a community of apartment buildings where each home has it's own private entrance. At Gateway Place, there are twenty total buildings in the community. Eighteen of these are 8-plex buildings, with each apartment in the building a corner unit. There are two 10-plex buildings and three more 8-plex buildings, nestled in a more quiet, wooded area of the community. Parking options vary by building from either attached or detached garages to lot parking. At Timber Trail Apartments (Timber Bluff Community) and Woodland Park apartment homes, we currently have 10 Timber Trail buildings (all eight plexes) and have completed a number of our Woodland Park apartment buildings with attached 2 car garages. There will be 18 buildings total in Timber Trail Apartments complex all with the the same beautiful luxuries and upgrades. We pride ourselves on being pet friendly. It isn't uncommon to see a cat in a window or a dog out on a walk on the Gateway bike path. We maintain pet waste stations in multiple areas of the community. Gateway Place Apartments, is located in Eau Claire at the intersection of East Hamilton Ave and Gateway Dr, the community is in a bustling area filled with restaurants, shopping, entertainment and is close to many other great amenities! Timber Trail Apartments/ Woodland Park is located off the South Eau Claire road - Old Town Hall Rd, near the roundabout where Hwy 53 ends. A very quiet and country feel but just minutes from the same amenities Gateway offers. Each apartment's interior has upgraded finishes such as granite counters and luxury vinyl plank flooring. They also have a spacious, open concept living room and kitchen area, large bathrooms, and walk in closets. We have a range of interior woodwork color options, the specific interior color for the available apartments will be noted on the unit information. Other notable amenities: - All appliances included: washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove - Lawn maintenance and snow removal provided. Garbage is provided for certain floor plans. - Pet friendly, we do have breed restrictions and require a signed pet agreement. Pets are $100 per pet each month and there is a 2 pet maximum.
