These apartments are horrible I definitely do not recommend especially if you have children. Maintenance do not fix anything and if they do they not doing it correctly they used tape and cardboard instead of fixing my air correctly and taped the pipes to fix the heat. Before that it was blowing out carbon monoxide and i have a toddler in here! They have leaking pipes , my entire living room was flooded , washing room was flooded and bathroom. They painted over the tubs and everything is just terrible. I can not wait til my lease is up because this is horrific, they do not try to help you at all in the office they just all around TERRIBLE APARTMENTS.
I’ve only been here 3 months and maintenance is terrible. I have constantly called the office about my heat not working, and the communication is bad. Not to mention I have a recent problem and was told someone would be there the next day and no one came and I tried to follow up with the emergency number and didn’t get a call or text back. Will definitely be moving when my lease is up. They suck

Run Run FAST!! These apartments are run down from roach infestation, leaking pipes, pot holes and not to mention they do not take the proper cleaning measures when old tenant moves away. Highly don’t recommend
Live there for two years and had many problem. From electrical to carbon monoxide. Had to get code enforcement on them. And that Pearl think she can talk to you any kind of way. I was so happy when my lease was up. So when I say do not do it.. Please Believe Me
Do yourself a favor and look for decent place to live. These apartments are the worst I have encountered. The office staff is rude and don’t know how to communicate with tenants. I confused the maintenance staff with security because they are always sitting around smoking or hiding in the office while the tenants suffer with never completed maintenance requests. The bug infestation is ridiculous!!! Almost as bad as the raccoons and snakes. You have officially been warned!!!
