The management is very helpful and maintenance is kept up well. It is very quiet and feels like home. The activities that the Community Center offers are great too. Rita Rice
I have only been here a few months, but the staff here goes out of there way to help with anything you ask for. Amy brought fresh vegtables & fruit for residents. I am looking forward to joining in on the planned activities too. All in all a great place to call home.
Quite, peaceful, well maintained and a welcomed relief at our age. Amy, Laurie and Rob go out of their way to provide the quality of life anyone 55+ would like to enjoy. Recently, my husband and I found a little piece of paradise in Granbury, Texas, the place is called the Gardens of De Cordova. It is in a quiet, pastural country setting but only minutes away from all the activities , restaurants, shops and various businesses that anyone would ever want or need! Fort Worth is close if major medical is ever needed and that is comforting. This place feels safe, comfortable and a welcomed relief from the hustle and traffic of large cities. I am so happy we are living here. This is a 5 star place for sure and I wish I could give it 10 stars!! Nancy Lyde
Wonderful place to live, nice management, I enjoy my time here!
My family has lived here since 2019. We have two dogs and a fence for them to be able to go outside and our neighbors are helpful and friendly. We go to the clubhouse frequently for activities and love socializing with other neighbors Amy, Laurie and Rob are experienced knowledgeable, especially friendly and make it a wonderful neighborhood to live in. Come and join us..
We’ve lived here since 2019 and love it! Lots of activities each month and neighbors are quiet and friendly. Management’s friendly and very helpful with questions and maintenance is second to none.
This property is over 55 and management/maintenance personnel are awesome! My sister and I have been living at this property for over 10 years and love it. If interested, stop by the office and chat with Amy or Laurie for information. Five Stars*****
I am a current resident at the community, and I just signed my second lease. The manager Amy wirh Laurie and Rob maintain the community very well. There are a lot of resident functions to enjoy and be able to meet your neighbors. I feel blessed this is my home. Lynn
