I moved in oct 2021 discovered mold in my daughters room sept 2022 I asked management to move me out the apartment or fix it. Of course they patched it up and acted like nothing happen. Slow to fix anything in my apt. I told them I wasn’t paying rent until they move me. And yup they didn’t care. Neither did the judge… Currently evicted and living in airbnbs. ?? but god is still good!

These are the worst ever , they bother you about every little thing . They want to have access to your home 24/7 but can’t fix the things that’s messed up in the home
THEY HAVE RATS !!! And the Apartments leak really bad.
Call for some information and receive it however was trying to go to website to get application while on the phone with this rude women. I typed in what she said for the website and was incorrect with no real site. If this is how they talk to people before they even apply, I don’t see how this place is getting business.
Just try calling or stopping by to see how horrible this place is in real life. Don't be fooled by fake reviews! It floods here every time it rains, there is no security and people throw trash anywhere and everywhere. They change management every few months and they dont even have a phone number to call for maintenance issues or for the leasing office. I could NOT wait to move out of this dump. Please save yourself the trouble! I read the reviews before I moved in and thought it cant be that bad HA!! ITS WORSE!!!! Here's a tip I learned renting in ATL - if none of the leasing staff (I mean not even 1 person) lives on the property - SOMETHING IS WRONG!
Waste of time! The communication Is absolutely horrible !!! The women In the office are no help and the guy clearly hates his job. I called the office and asked did they have any apartments ready for move In. The answer was yes so I put my application In, got approved and now they’re saying all the units are 100% full and nothing won’t be available until the end of March! I understand that the covid eviction law Is now being lifted and people are now getting evicted but why keep telling people to put In a application and nothing Is ready !? It’s people out here that Is In desperate need to move & It’s Inconsiderate people like the ones that work here In the leasing office that doesn’t care. They just want your money !!!! They don’t even keep you updated with your application. You have to call them over and over. Wasting people’s time and money !!!!
First of all I don’t even live here but can’t even get anyone to tell me what’s going on with my application. Sounds like they just make up whatever to get you off the phone. And very unprofessional staff. What’s the point of working in a leasing office when you don’t even lease the apartments out? No one will call you back. ATP I don’t want to live here. I feel bad for the ppl already living there.
You would think since the place has been renovated it would be up to par but it’s not. Management is horrible along with the maintenance. They half fix things and don’t know half of what’s going on. It took two weeks for a leak to be fixed in the ceiling and it’s still not completely done. I’m still missing closet doors. I’ve been here over a here and the first owners were 10x better. I never had to complain or lift a finger until the new management came in. I’m not renewing my lease and I pay rent for 3 toilets and can only use 2. My closet doors have been gone for over 2 months. Don’t waste your time. The only thing to benefit from is the free community garden and that your close to the city.
I've been living here a year and a half now. When I first moved here I was concerned about the mixed reviews but overall living here has been decent. With the current leasing office and maintenance staff everything runs pretty well and definitely best it has since the 3 previous leasing management staff has left. The biggest annoyance is that they just do everything slightly off. For example if your late with rent past the 15th they file an eviction. Even if you explain and plan to pay. I think that is primarily because of the location. Otherwise no rodents or roaches but neighbors have had them in the past. Trash can get gross but due to residents. Gate is non existent.

Although I had to give myself a self guided too The office staff Sparcle in particular was very nice and helpful. I ask alot of questions and she was very patient with me. The inside is renovated nicely as well.

This an amazing quiet and safe complex to move into. When you go to visit make sure you ask for Ms.Denise . She’s the sweetest and will assist you with all your needs ASAP.
Hi I’m currently a resident and like the location for the most part. When I first moved the apartments were NOT cable ready, as indicated. My first apartment I applied for which was a one bedroom was rented out to someone else and no one contacted me to inform me, my paperwork was switched to a 2 bed 1.5 bath after I called to inquire the status....Not a big deal to most that the apartment isn’t cable ready, but it’s a major concern when you work from home. Because it was not cable ready I had to wait 8 days before Comcast could come out. Denise and Monica were helpful as much as possible, however wasn’t much they could do after the appointment was set with Comcast. Because I couldn’t work immediately my first month rent was late and I was charged an addidtional 100 dollars in which I was offered no compensation( I didn’t inquire either because I felt they knew the situation and would compensate or rectify if they saw fit). The location is currently renonvating or adding a fitness center. That too was conveyed that I was seeking a fitness center, so no one thought it was important enough to inform me that the fitness center would not be available until AFTER winter reason. Bummer for me but no big deal just disappointed that I specifically sought after certain amenities that is not being provided to me.... I’m sure the convenience of the fitness center is including in the pricing of the rent so I can’t use what I’m paying for...... Overall nice community.... POOR COMMUNICATION

This complex is by far the worst I have ever lived in. They show you the model apartments but its all smoking mirrors. You will have your neighbors toilet waste come into your apartment flood your floors. Leaking, loud music, robberies etc. The staff members are dishonest and uncaring. Once they get your money you are on your own. And I am not talki g about just one apartment having damages the WHOLE COMPLEX HAS WATER DAMAGE ETC. PlEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE YOU WILL REGRET IT AND WASTE YOIR MONEY

First communities must've used lack of professionalism in the criteria for employment. The workers and lease consultants at this property are nothing short of underhanded, disorganized and raggedy. I filled out a signed and approved lease application, got a Welcome Letter and all with 06/15 as my move in date. However, two days before I am SCHEDULED to move, all of a sudden the unit is unavailable until the next week. There \was no clause in the lease application or move in letter that made me aware of such a temperamental set up. Now I am two days from moving with no where to go. I have been emailing them and calling them since paying my deposit a MONTH before and none of this was disclosed. This apartment complex reminds me of when big business get taken over and then everything's in chaos and dissarray because the new business hasn't developed and core policies or procedures so it's all disorganized and unprofessional. Please, if you do anything good in 2018 - DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I am currently a resident of Brooklyn, New York and I recently made the major life decision to relocate to the City of Atlanta for a new life. Searching for apartments can be an overwhelming process. There are so many things to take into consideration when choosing your next home. Fortunate for me, in the process of searching for my next home, I met Raheem, leasing manager of The Gardens at Camp Creek. He assisted me with the application process from start to finish. Raheem was transparent with me throughout the entire process and kept me well informed. He helped to put my mind at ease. It is because of Raheem that I am looking forward to joining the community as a new resident with my nephew-son, and I want to acknowledge Raheem for all of his hard work, support and professionalism. Also, I want to acknowledge Ms. Juanita who was always kind, polite and professional whenever I spoke to her. As a social services case worker, it is my job to be understanding, supportive and empathetic. It is my responsibility to know how to work with different people of various backgrounds whom are usually in the most difficult and discouraging situations. It is not uncommon to find this attitude amongst my peers, case workers/ social workers, but it is very uncommon to find it amongst leasing consultant professionals. I am happy to report Raheem was understanding, supportive and empathetic. It is the property management/ office staff who set the tone of the property, and Raheem did just that. He set the most positive and encouraging tone. Again, thank you Raheem for your guidance and thank you Ms. Juanita for your kindness. The Gardens at Camp Creek are lucky to have such a dynamic duo working for them. I want to be clear, this review is based on my experience working with Raheem and interacting with Ms. Juanita during the application process. I am looking forward to writing another review in a few weeks after I officially move into my new apartment. We applied for a two bedroom here at said price, paid the app fee plus another 100 for processing. A day before the process was completed my wife checked her online application and found that they had upgraded our apartment from a standard two bedroom to a townhome for 100 dollars more. We thought it to be a mistake, so we called in an they said they would have it ironed out. We heard nothing back for 24 hours so my wife called again and they told her that the apartment we originally applied for has electrical issues, but what does that have to do with us? So they gave us an ultimatum to have the deposit of $1205( 500 dollars more than originally said price mind you)in two days time or they will terminate the application. Absolutely dreadful customer service, this brand new complex is run by nothing but hustlers and thugs and I would never reccommend anyone apply here. 0 stars.

I've just visited the The Gardens at Camp Creek because it's so convenient to Amazon and the Camp Creek Market Place. The apartment looked great everything was top notch. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances for a fair price. They have their own farm for goodness sake. I'm excited that I've found this gem, can't wait to move here.

This property is extremely nice and the area seems very up and coming. They have an urban farm how many apartments do you know have their own farm. Apartments look really Chic with the granite counters and stainless steel. Staff was great, I'm glad I checked this place out despite prior reviews.

At first when I moved in the apartments were nice but then as time went by I saw many roaches, found out I have rat in my apartment eating holes through my cabinets and eating into my bread. Doors are coming off the hinges, my toilet won’t flush, woke up one morning to my downstairs floor being flooded and my furniture all messed up I Would not recommended anyway staying here !! At all so many roaches

Good Luck getting in contact with anyone here. I have called this location several times over the last couple of weeks, left several messages and even dropped by during business hours with no success. I called the location today and finally spoke with a Syria (sp) for all of 20 seconds and was disconnected. I have tried calling back for about 20 minutes now and of course no answer. Speaks volumes about the customer service I may receive if I was to rent here....

This apartment is within walking distance from the bus. It has a nice scenic view of the neighborhood and Atlanta. This apartment is well maintained with spacious rooms. The neighbors are so kind and helpful. This apartment is also has a grocery store and shopping center around the corner, so that I shop.
