Outdated apartments and uninterested property management
This is a terrible apartment building. Nothing looks like it has been updated in 20 years. My unit had a balcony, but the wood looked like it was too weather damaged to even step on. I had put in maintenance requests multiple times with no response/action from the property management company. The window in my bedroom was leaking whenever it rained, and the property management did nothing.The units have wall unit air conditioners, but they only cool down the living room. The remaining rooms stay extremely warm with no relief from the A/C. I strongly recommend not leasing from BG Lein, but especially not these apartments. BG Lein doesn't seem to care about their tenants at all. Neighbors at Garden Circle are also very rude and unfriendly. My car was hit in the parking lot and my neighbors refused to pay for the damages. Also, tenants' children tend to scream right outside my bedroom window whenever they go outside to play. Very unhappy with this property management company and apartment buildings!
