They were very nice and informative from my first call after I decided this was were I wanted to live, every call any person that answered was so kind, arranging to look at the apartment that is wonderful layout, explaining the cost and holding the apartment while my house sold, making sure after I moved in that I was happy and to call with any Questions, I needed something fixed and the maintenance man was at my door in 10 minutes I was shocked,made me feel comfortable and quickly fixed it. I would recommend Gallery Place to Anyone in the Jackson Area .

I love my apartment at Gallery Place. The location of the apartments are close to almost everything but far enough away to make you feel like your not in “town.” The grounds are well kept and maintenance is quick to repair any issues. The office staff has been very welcoming and is always helpful. Great apartment, great location and great staff!

Gallery Place is the place to live! I recently moved in and I have been very happy with my apartment. It’s very spacious and the layout is perfect. I love my view! I also have been impressed with the office staff and their customer service. They are always friendly and strive to provide excellent service. The community is well kept and even though it’s large it’s neatly kept with landscaping and flowers. Top notch place to live!

Excellent location near I-94. Grocery shopping within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent opportunities for walking nearby. Office and maintenance is friendly and responsive.

I am so happy that I choose to live at Gallery Place! The office staff is welcoming and is always willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The maintenance is always completed in a timely manner and the grounds are nice as well. Great place and awesome staff!

So, before writing this review, I need to preface it with the fact that, prior to moving here to Gallery Place, I had always been a homeowner, never a renter. And, that I was transferred here to Jackson Michigan, by my employer, from a very high cost of living state. So, my views and opinions on certain things, may be a tad skewed. That being said, even in the initial stages of contact, the leasing agent that I worked with, was nothing short of amazing! She answered every question that I had, not only about the community, but renting in general. She explained the lease terms, community guidelines, expectations of me as a tenant, and what I could expect from them as landlords very clearly. And made the entire process virtually seamless! The rest of the office staff are equally as helpful, professional, and even in this current pandemic have gone above and beyond! The same goes for the maintenance staff! The grounds are neat, clean, well manicured, and it seems as though some of the longer term residents even spend their own time and money to add to the landscaping!! I have had three very small maintenance issues since moving in, and all were taken care of promptly, and very professionally by the maintenance staff. The rent is extremely affordable, considering the size of the three bedroom apartment that I am leasing. And the apartment itself is amazingly nice. In all honesty, it really doesn't even feel like an apartment... It truly feels like a home! The location is far enough away from the city that it is quiet, with no traffic noise. Yet is next door to a grocery store, shopping plaza, gas station, and other conveniences. Yet, it is still close enough to town that I can be at work in less than fifteen minutes, and is less than five minutes from both the 127 and 94 freeways. To be honest, the only real complaint I have is parking. The unit that I am leasing does come with an assigned covered parking space, which for some would be a huge bonus. However, my truck is about an inch too tall, and slightly too long to fit under the carport. So, I do find myself sometimes fighting for a space in front of my building. But, even that isn't a detractor in the long run. I would highly recommend Gallery Place to anyone seeking a quiet, friendly, well kept, and convenient location to live, without all of the hassle and added expense of owning a home.

Gallery Place Apartments, from their dynamite management & staff members to capacious floor plans & cathedral ceilings, it is the A-1 of Apartments in Jackson. In my experience, staff members here have a friendly & approachable style of customer service, they truly care about what matters to their tenants. I would like to specifically recognize 2 staff members here at Gallery Place: Lora, our Property Manager & Angela, our Leasing Specialist. In my personal experience, these 2 women don’t just show up to do a job, they care what happens here & come to work within our community as it’s heartbeat. And this is a main reason I am still a tenant after 5 years, Thank you Lora, Angela & the rest of the staff.

I love my apartment! My neighbors are great! The office gals are amazing! Maintenance is always there to fix any issue I may have had! I have been here for almost 5 years and have no intentions, of leaving, for the above reasons. The entire team here at Gallery Place have made me feel safe and right at home! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Great place to call “home.” Entire staff is helpful and quick to attend to any problems that arise. Grounds are clean and the pool this year is great! It’s conveniently located by shopping, food, schools and not far from the highway. Overall it’s a very safe community.

If you are looking for an apartment in the Jackson area, this is the place to go! They are top notch in every.single.way! Their Management and Staff are so caring and eager to help in whatever way they can. My Daughters and I have loved living here!!

These would be very nice apartments if not for the office staff. The apartments are spacious, the maintenance guys are great, and you're right next to a Polly's. Unfortunately, its the management (or lack therefore of) which ruins this apartment complex. Don't bother calling them for a maintenance request, because they'll never submit it for you and you'll be stuck wondering why your request was never serviced. Then when you call in to ask for a timeline you're given a 20 minute lecture on why your request is not important and while other people's are. All while talking to you as if you have the intelligence of a toddler. But it's not only maintenance requests they fail on. Staff is disorganized. They have lost my packages on more than one occasion, and when requesting copies of my paperwork I found that they do not have the documents I asked for. Then they blamed me, asking if I ever turned in the papers. Luckily I had a copy with one of the staff member's signatures on it. But if you chose to rent here make sure you photograph/copy any paperwork before handing it over! It may be the last time you ever see it and it might come back to haunt you. If you've made it this far, trust me. After they take your money and lock you in a contract you will be treated horrible, and you'll start looking for a new place to live.

Pro's: clean living area, property grounds are taken care of Con's: expensive, maintenance isn't very good and the girls in the front office are dumber than a box of rocks, the manager knows what she's talking about but the other two just stupid it's like talking to a wall. So the whole reason I'm writing this review is because our AC in the apartment stopped working 8 days ago. The maintenance guys have been out to look at the AC unit five times now. They won't call a professional and our apartment on the second floor has been between 85-90 degrees meanwhile it's in the 80's/90's outside. On top of all of that we've had to go find other places to stay because it's unbearable in the apartment that we pay for. We have requested they either pay part of the consumers bill since they keep having us run the broken AC unit to "see if it works" which is doing nothing but racking our bill up or we requested they refund us part of our rent due to the situation of not being able to stay there and they won't do either one. Basically the customer service is terrible and it's bad enough that it's not worth living there!

This is a fantastic apartment complex located near everything you could ask for. It is hard to find a place that allows dogs. It is even harder to find a place that allows dogs that is also a clean, well-maintained complex. Gallery place is doing it right!

My two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment is nothing short of wonderful!The spacious floorplan made the transition from a house very simple for my daughter and I. We couldn't be happier with our new apartment home, as it quickly became our favorite place to live. The community offers great amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center which allows me added savings, as I no longer need a gym membership. We also enjoyed spending our free time at the pool this summer making new friends, we can't wait for next summer! The retail center offers many stores that are within walking distance to the property which has proven beneficial to us daily. We are so happy we chose Gallery Place, not only do we love our apartment home, and the friendly staff, we feel as though we are part of a community.

I have lived in many apartments across India, UK and US but gallery place drive is by far the best locality to live in. Pros: 1) Centralized Air conditioning system 2) Wonderful staff and service engineers 3) spacious house with refrigerator/washing machine/dryer/microwave 4) Retail chains like Polly's and dollar general at walking distance. Other utilities like mail facility/subway/tanning all are at walking distance. 5) Nice leasing policies and rent structure. 6) AUM utility is also nice.

Gallery Place Apartments offer a quiet setting outside of The City of Jackson. You can make life the way you want with a lot less worries. The Maintenance and Office staff are very helpful and you can live life in comfort and affordability.

We really enjoy living here. The office staff is friendly and maintenance comes the same day for any problems. The complex is very well maintained. Our neighbors are very friendly. Summer pool time is great for kids and adults to chat with others. It's also the perfect location. Just outside of town, close to daycare school and work.

The apartments are beautiful and bright.They come with a washer and dryer. There is covered parking. The management is friendly and helpful. A very nice place to live!

We have lived here at Gallery for 12 years and everyone in this complex is a part of a family. The office and maintenance staff are what makes this place run so smoothly. It is a beautiful place but it's best qualities are the people that live here, we do things for each other and know each other by name not by what building they live in. We love Gallery!

I have been in the same apt since 2001. This has been the longest I have stayed in one location since childhood. My apt is my luxurious apt in the sky.The office staff here is kind friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is always less than 24 hours away for minor issues and Johnny on the spot when I had a major issues. The grounds are always beautifully maintained. Close to local shopping, a few miles away from downtown and easy highway access.
