Property Ratings at Gallatin Commons
We had a good stay at Chandler Park, although there was some usual noise from neighbors walking around in the apartment complex. However, we were disappointed with the move-out process, which led us to leave a negative review. We left the apartment in excellent condition and even reviewed the move-out checklist with the staff before leaving. Given that we had only lived there for 9 months, there were no major issues. Yet, when we returned the keys and completed the move-out process, we were presented with a list of damages worth $250, which included damaged blinds and a door handle that we were not aware of. We requested an itemized list of the prices, but they were unable to provide one. It's sad and disappointing that complexes can treat residents this way, even when they have taken all necessary steps to ensure a smooth move-out process.
Communication is key and I experienced clear, concise and consistent communication throughout the whole move in process. It also didn't hurt that the ladies offered additional information regarding the community that made my transition to a new city much smoother. I so recommend Chandler Park Apartments Community.
We love it here at Chandler Park! It is so well kept up with which is huge for us. You never want it to seem a mess when this is the place we call home. All of the staff is amazing. We have never had any problems here and we have been here 2 years. Can not recommend enough!
I absolutely love Chandler Park. I have lived here for a year now and have never had any issues. The staff is wonderful and almost always available. The grounds and clubhouse are well kept and the maintenance staff is wonderful!

This TRULY is the most wonderful place to live! All of the staff is incredible, and go above and beyond for the community. I am so blessed to be a part of it! When there was a horrible ice/snow storm, they offered to come and pick up everyone’s trash and take it to the trash compactor. A lot of people were unable to move their vehicles during that time, so that was a HUGE gift! They also offered to make trips to the store to pick up any items that people needed. I don’t know anywhere else that would do that. They plan community events, resident appreciations, and always have a wonderful variety of food trucks. Best place to live, period.
The location is so close to greenways and outdoor activities. The property managers host great events for us, and the neighborhood organizes their own activities using our community Facebook group! Also, my home is spacious for me and is beautifully designed
Chandler Park manager and staff are great to work with! They helped me get into an amazing apartment...the exact one I wanted. They were so patient, kind and worked with me through the sale of my house and it's delays! The apartments are beautiful, clean and very quiet. It is a blessing to live here!
The layout is nice and everything is new. The best part is the model apartment we were shown is the same as what we moved into. The staff is great and responds quickly to questions and requests. The property is well kept and clean with beautiful landscaping. The complex is quiet, I barely hear anything outside from the apartment day or night. The location is perfect for Vol State students and convenient to everything we need, plus right off the interstate coming to and from Nashville. We can't wait for warmer days to try out the pool and meet our neighbors!
We love our complex but we’ve had a couple issues. Our smoke alarm kept going off and the maintenance all they told us to do was take it down. And dogs, people don’t pick up the dog waste which is kind of annoying. The apartment itself is beautiful, you can tell that they threw it together quickly with some spots but it’s no big deal

This complex has amazing amenities, unlike any other complex in this area! The spacious floor plans are a bonus. Granite countertops are beautiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Make this your next home! -Stacey
This place is amazing. We are so happy we chose Chandler Park to be our first home in Tennessee. The property is great and very well maintained, it's all brand new construction. The staff is always extremely helpful. I highly recommend you look into renting here. Not a negative thing to say about it at all. Close to all the shopping you need. It's a Great place to look of you are in the market for a new apartment!!! Tell them Shayne sent you!!
