It’s been great. Tenants for three years we upgraded to a two bedroom with a garage. Love the space and neighborhood it’s always clean and pretty
It has been really great. Can't say less about it. The community has been welcoming and the office agents have help in everything. I just wish there were community gatherings but overall it has been a nice stay.
Some of the neighbors are extremely noisy and loud and have no consideration for people around them. Office try’s to help the best they can. The maintenance people will use stuff of yours you bought instead of bringing there own air filter which is supposed to be free change
Nice apartments with awesome amenities. Pretty man made lake and little trail to walk around. Mostly quiet atmosphere! Apartment tend to attract ants though, maybe need to be bug sprayed inside.
Living here is great, it’s beautiful, safe, quiet. I love my apartment, view, the greenery, pool and all the walking areas. The gym is also great.
Been here 2 years and love it. Great community. Maintenance is always quick to come out. 2 nice pools. A Great Lake to walk the dogs around.

The community is beautiful and safe. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner. I like how their is pest control and I don't have to worry about a bug problem.

Good place to live. Sometimes it takes work orders a while to be taken care of but overall a safe and nice looking community. Pool areas are nice and the landscaping is well taken care of.
I have really enjoyed my experience at Gables Montecito. It is a beautiful community. I love how the Gables community has a central lake with the ability to walk / run / ride bikes and simply enjoy the outdoors. It makes me so grateful for the opportunity to be outside :)

Generally comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Most of the neighbors seem to be working professionals. This is a decent place to live temporally.
We have been for 5 months and so far we love it here. The community is nice, quiet and kid friendly. We enjoy the amenties and feel safe in our home.
Apartment was pretty dirty upon arrival, but overall, the community is beautiful. Gorgeous walking path by the lake, awesome pool area, nice grills and amenities, and I am loving my experience so far.
April and the rest of the team have been very pleasant and easy to work with throughout the move in process. 4/5 because the apartment needed a deep clean upon move in but the staff and neighborhood are great.
Overall, it was a good experience. Price increases are a a bit extreme. Management did change and there is a noticeable difference. But the units themselves are great once renovated

Very nice. Professional. Beautiful location. Lovely layout of the homes and quiet spacious. The office team are all very friendly, helpful and thorough. Everyone here are very welcoming. I'm looking forward to making great friends and memories here. I love the location and how close to the lake everything is.
I just recently moved into this community. I absolutely love it. From the entrance way into the community, the drive around the pond, the look of the apartments and homes. It is simply a beautiful community that shows class and elegance. The apartment is super clean and spacious and I have absolutely no issues, The garage I have is clean and spacious. The appliances all appear to be brand new. If I knew I could have an apartment like I have now a few years ago I would have moved here sooner.
I have had an ongoing problem with water in my apartment and mold exposure. I have made the leasing office aware for the past 4 weeks. When I took the mold issue to the leasing office i was told “that’s okay”. This is not okay, and for the prices of rent this is unacceptable
My experience is so good and the apartments are so modern I love Gables Montecito. It’s wonderful place and home to live at this is definitely five stars
It’s great I’ve renewed my lease so many times and love it everytime the staff is great in the office and the neighborhood is very well kept. Highly recommend!!
Just moved in and so far the only issue I have seen is the cosmetic status of the apartment. There are so many things that are visiblly chipped, missing paint, and or have stains. I am pretty disappointed with the readiness from the previous move. Otherwise, the place seems great. Will update my review in after my first month here.
If you want to feel at home, this is the place to be. Beautiful community, close proximity to all the stores. Prime location. Also have to give a shout-out to the maintenance team, they are truly the bomb!
Well-kept, safe community with great amenities. Also an excellent police presence, with patrol cars doing regular checks. We really enjoy living here and always feel safe!
This is a quiet community. The community is nice and clean. The pool area's are clean. They have different areas in the community were to can grill food. Overall a nice community.

Just recently moved into a new apartment and it’s been infested with roaches due to the previous tenants. Although I think they should’ve fixed the problem prior to anyone else moving in, they have been pretty accommodating with the pest control

Mostly good experience living here. Sometimes tough to get maintenance to come fix small thing, however they did replace our AC quickly when it wasn’t working well. Nice amenities and safe community.
The set up for apartment was so smooth and clear that it didn’t feel like a drag! In the past, many processes like those were very long and seemed nail biting compared to this.
We love Gables Montecito. Beautiful grounds and always clean. I feel safe at all hours if I need to go out. The staff is always friendly and if I need any repairs they respond the next business day!
Great location! Close to highways and restaurants and also shopping! Near gardens mall and beaches! 2 hrs and 15 minutes to Universal Studios and Disney.

We have been happy with the Montecito community for the most part the last 2 years. The rent increases are little ridiculous and there are lots issues with parking. The property could be upkept a little more (i.e. residents leaving the trash cans out, landscape maintenance), however the pool & gym amenities are nice. Any inside apartment maintenance issues have been taken care of promptly.
Nice place to live, and have not had any problems so far. Staff has been great. Maintanance has always helped out when we needed something. A nice place to walk my dog.

Over priced. Staff not the most friendly. Community is noisy around the pool all the time frequently making it difficult to enjoy communal areas.
I just moved to Gables Montecito for work and the community is amazing. It’s a nice and cozy neighborhood that’s very family and pet friendly with a beautiful lake at the center, which is perfect for walking, running, or relaxing. The people here are very friendly and I wouldn’t have wanted to live anywhere else.
The staff we’re extremely helpful when I recently changed apartments. The apartment wasn’t quite where it needed to be but I feel confident the staff will be great as usual.

Gables Montecito is an awesome place to live. I have been here for 2 years and I can honestly say I would live here for 10 more. The grounds are kept well, the staff are always there to help and I feel safe here.
The community is well maintained. The maintainence crew is very responsive. My biggest complaint is the hallways and stairs seem to always be dirty. Also people are not cleaning up after their pets.
