Property Ratings at Gables Boca Place
I’ve loved living at Gables Boca Place! It is a quiet and peaceful property. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. The units are a decent size and include outside storage, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. I wish there were more amenities on the property (there is a pool and a very small gym). The location is very convenient as there is lots to do nearby!
I love living in Gables, organized place and efficient staff, Whenever I need it, I am answered quickly highly recommend living in the Gables.
The apartment complex is properly kept with beautiful flowers throughout. The staff are welcoming, warm and supportive to you needs. The location is perfect for one of the most prestigious middle school in the county
It's great living here in The Gables very quiet well-kept neighborhood,the staff is great, the maintenance is very good they come when they really need to come when we ask them to it's a pleasure to be living here
Living In Gables Boca Place is being an amazing experience, the staff in the office is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is fast in solving all kinds of problems. I hope that we could live here until our dream of having our own house became true.

This is a really pretty community! Lots of people out and about, everyone is friendly. Unfortunately when I moved in, the dryer wasn’t functioning correctly and it took about a month and 6 different maintenance visits, being told it was fixed and still not working, for our dryer to finally work. There was also a really bad ant problem in the apartment and it took at least a week and a half of living the ant apocalypse before pest control showed up. Overall really nice but for what you pay, service is consistently really slow.
The maintenance and office staff are great to work with, and are always willing to accommodate. I’ve had nothing but a good experience with them. My only wish is that the grounds in the back of the community were taken care of better
So far I love it looks like we’re gonna be here for years to come everything is up to par and the move in process has been so easy everyone is very helpful
Loud animal community with people constantly moving in and out. Community should be gated. Small square space for the price you pay. Staff willing to work with you to try to solve problems.
Seamless move in process. Apartment was clean and disinfected upon entrance. Leasing office staff couldn’t be any nicer and accommodating. They go above and beyond. Community is well manicured, quiet and clean

I have been living at Gables Boca Place for the last 3 years; very quiet, and nicely kept, landscaping and exterior looks are always perfect. If you drive around the other communities in the area, this is by far the good-looking one!
I had a great move-in experience and love the apartment. The apartment was clean and had a great layout. The location is also excellent, I highly recommend it.
Gables is a great community with a serene environment and friendly community. I have enjoyed living here so far. There is a slight bug problem but the pest control seems to be on top of it.
When I was looking for an apartment, I found gables boca place and decided to call, I was greeted by the lovely Thalia, and she told me and my roommates we could come in the same day to look at a place. We loved the place, the whole complex and the ambiance itself. We signed a lease the same day and Thalia walked us through everything. We are so happy with our new home!
It has been a wonderful time living here everyone is so great the maintenance crew the leasing crew!!! Perfectly located near everything!!!!
Beside from some minor wear and tear of the physical look of the apartment foundation, the maintenance and management office here is phenomenal. Very pleasant and efficient.
In here for a week. Everyone seems nice! Great to see. Looking forward to using the pool soon. Neighbors haven’t been loud. All things you want in a apartment community.

Living at Boca Place has been a great experience, the community is well maintained and Thalia and Isabella are very helpful, friendly and responsive. The maintenance team is also very kind, professional and complete our work orders in a timely manner
It was truly an amazing experience living here. The only problem I had was that there was no fully equipped Jim, just treadmills and a cable. The best thing I think about this community that it’s very family, friendly, and the pool scene is very nice. Another concern I have is the mold, the mold in all the vents are really bad and if you don’t get it fixed, it’s hard to live there.

Since the very beginning, before moving to Florida, this team has been very helpful, professional, and has gone over and beyond. The maintenance team works really hard keeping the property beautiful and things running smoothly. Because of this, I will continue to live at other Gables properties. I hope my next community lives up to the same standards.

Amazing truly one of the best experiences. There are however a lot of problems. First, there is mold and nasty stuff in the vent system, there are a lot of cockroaches and palmetto bugs, and the place can get filthy if you don’t clean it every week.

The landscaping of the community is well cared for and the physical infrastructure is very good. The appliances are modern and the apartment I live in is comfortable. That said, there are some drawbacks: 1) there is an unreasonable requirement that tenants pay for a “trash valet,” a person who comes to your apartment and takes the trash to the dumpster you can see from your window. 2) the trash valet doesn’t do a good job and there is trash everywhere by Friday afternoon and no one does anything about it until Monday. 3) I have a 7 year-old and there are a lot of younger families in the community, yet there’s no entertainment options for them. The place desperately needs a playground and swing set for the families there. The pool is nice, but not enough. 4) while the crime is generally low in the area, the place needs 24 hour security. My next door neighbor had her car stolen twice from the parking lot. That’s all I’ve got. I’m comfortable but it’s a very imperfect place.

- Rude and noisy neighbors - Lack of control over parking spaces: lack of dispatch and neighbors stopping anyway, bothering neighbors to park - Cleaning the condominium and cutting trees at the wrong times, which is very annoying. (Ex: Saturday 8am) - zero control over the use of the pool after the allowed hours (Ex: people who use the pool at dawn, around 2 am and often talking loudly happens very often)
Safe, remodeled and clean looking, mostly quiet community. Friendly and easy going staff. Good area in South Florida with easy/quick access to restaurants, grocery stores, fitness centers, malls, airports, and educational opportunities.
my experience is very good, so far all the problems they had have been solved, they are very attentive, thank you all very much and I would love for our building to have a Christmas decoration
Sadly my tenure here is still going so I must endure, but I will strongly warn against signing here. Of all Gables location it is the most backwards with no real innovation with poor styling of the apartment. In terms of appliances and maintaince, ever since I have moved in nothing has worked properly and whenever someone comes to fix something they always say “I’ll take care of it the next day” and never come. Finally, the late fee is ridiculous, and if you don’t pay on the 3rd by exactly before 6 PM you will be charged 10% of the rent for your late fee, a ludicrous amount that is “against their policy to waive”. If you are a prosepective resident. STEER CLEAR!! no one I know has had the pleasure of living here

This place is ridiculous. I reside there for a year and was the worst experience EVER. The staff is rude and careless. They miss lead you to believe that you getting in to a great property and at the end, they come up with all these absurd charges. I left with a $600 bill regarding small stains on the carpet. Nancy, who works at the office is as good as a piece of wood, and her "manager"Angie as well. Think twice before renting it there.
Gables in Boca Raton was a fantastic place to live. It's in a beautiful area, and has wonderful office staff. The maintenance was always timely and the apartment was spacious and comfy. The complex was roomy and felt like home. The pool and fitness center were always kept clean. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for somewhere close to everything in Boca and looking for a new home.
