Property Ratings at Fulton Hill Apartments
Fulton Hill Apartments is a great place to live. Our 1br apartment is spacious and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The complex is pretty old but, very well maintained. The rent is very reasonable and the staff is amazing! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that even though everything is very well maintained, it still needs to be updated, especially the kitchen. But, other than that, I HIGHLY recommend living here. It really is a great place to live.
Great place to live, quiet, and comfortable. Rooms are very spacious, work orders are done quick, and the staff is very friendly. Don't hesitate to check out Fulton hill, you won't be sorry!!!
We relocated to Tallahassee for grad school at FSU. Moving somewhere new with no connections we were not sure where to live. If you live here long enough you realize there are some pretty rough landlords here. We completely lucked out with Fulton Hill. Lorraine is a gem. Wilmer our maintenance guy is a sweetheart and very efficient. The 3 bedroom apartment we live in is more spacious then most of our friends homes. Our only downside is our neighbor and their loud music and trying to convert us every time a holiday rolls around but even that in the grand scheme of things isn’t a deterrent. It’s quiet, spacious, safe, kid friendly, we love the pool and it feels like home.
I lived here with my husband and son for three years. We loved it. It is quiet and well maintained.
