Property Ratings at Fullerton Townhouse Apartments
you can not have guests over because they have to walk so far just to find a parking. Manager doesn’t struggle with finding parking so it’s not a problem. Maintenance team sucks there was people smoking in front and he said “ it’s legal now I can’t say anything “ I thought it was smoke free apartments..
The management team is non-existent, the service is terrible, trash everywhere and the maintenance folks act like they own the property. Believe me when I tell you; stay away and rent elsewhere.
My wife and 2 kids lived at Fullerton Townhouse for 2 years. We loved this place since the day we moved it. The grounds are constantly being maintained and the property is always clean. Even though this community is in a college town, about 90% of the tenants are families. Very quite and safe and the fact that the property is gated is a huge plus. Community Manager Nancy was helpful from the start and always responded back to us in a timely manner when help was needed or a service request was placed. With that said, community maintenance Byron was the best. Always willing to go above and beyond to fix the issue. The Management team is always on the lookout for the community, making sure that all tenants are following rules; parking in marked areas, being quite and not making a mess of things. Compared to other similar places, rent was definitely on the lower end. There are always cons to every place. If i had to point out any, it would be parking. The community is located in a great place, everything is with-in walking distance or at least a short drive away. With in 3 miles you can find plenty restaurants and bars, target and walmart, starbucks, costco, gyms, all the fast food restaurants you can think off, cleaners, library, parks, movie theater and much, much more. Overall, this place is great, we moved out only because we bought a house, otherwise we would have stayed at this location for a very long time. Many of the tenants around us have been there for 10 years, so something must be right. Hope this review helps in making a decision to move to this place Frank, Crystal and Family G.
There is so much to say about Fullerton Townhouse Apartments! I have lived here for about a year and a half and absolutely love it! My two bedroom two bath apartment is more than spacious. Me and my room mate each have our own full bathroom, the living room, dining, and kitchen set up is the best and like i already mentioned so spacious. You cannot get this kind of square footage any where else for the prices of Fullerton Townhouse. Not only is the lay out and size of the apartment great but we also have a HUGE patio which includes connection to washer and dryer! This I know is a plus plus because who wants to be traveling out to a launder mat to do their laundry! There is a pool with BBQ area for those hot summer days.The property is always spotless. The landscaping on the property is one of my favorite parts of living here. Another favorite is that the property is conveniently located next to everything you could want! There is a Target and Sprouts Market right across the street. An array of eating places to go to and I wont forget to mention the night life of Downtown Fullerton just a short 10 minute walk away. There are only two staff members that work on the property not including the security that patrols at night. The property manager Nancy is extremely helpful and always available. The maintenance man Byron is always available as well and repairs are usually done on the same day requested. All in all Fullerton Townhouse is a great place to live with a diverse range of community. I would highly recommend this property.
I have lived at Fullerton Townhouse Apartments for 20 years. The property is very well kept, maintenance is excellent and they are quick to respond in any situation. The security is good and the neighbors are very pleasant and look out for each other and for the property. I could not be more happy here and have NO desire to live in any other development.
Downtown Fullerton is one of my favorite places in Southern California, and I've been lucky to live there this past year in the Fullerton Townhouse Apartments. They are spacious, well-priced, safe, quiet, have cute backyards (with washer/dryer hookups), a pool, the landlady and maintenance staff are quick to fix any problems, you can walk to downtown, and I would highly recommend living here!
